Preparation:
PROCEDURE:
1. Mix Sequence #1 ingredients at 80?C with medium speed propeller stirring until dispersed.
2. Add Sequence #2 ingredients to main vessel with propeller mixing, heat to 80°C.
3. Heat Sequence #3 to 80°C, then add to Sequence #1 under propeller mixer. Mix for 15 minutes or until the emulsification is completed.
4. Remove from heat and add Sequence #4 to main vessel, batch will thicken slightly.
5. When batch is below 60°C add Sequence #5, and #6 with mixing and continue cooling.
6. Shutdown mixing when batch reaches 32°C.

pH: 6.5 ± 0.2
Viscosity: TF at 3 rpm (Helipath:ON) = 458,900 cps ± 10%
Stability: 30 days at 50°C
