PIECES
Hot: Bring the ingredients (water, milk and salt) to the boil, let cool 2 min. Add the flakes, spreading them into the liquid, mix gently without beating, wait 30 seconds without stirring until the liquid has been absorbed by flakes. Your mash is ready.
Cold: Mix the ingredients (flakes, milk and salt) with cold water, salt and spice according your taste and heat to about 75 °C according your standard method. Your mash is ready.
