Directions for Use

Initial Substrate Hydration:

Preparation Of Media For Flats, Pots, Hanging Baskets, And Nursery Containers

• Media Treatment: For most mixes, apply 2-4 fl. oz.Cultivata per cubic yard in enough water to get uniform distribution and mix thoroughly. Cultivata should be applied in 2 gallons of water per cubic yard of mix. AddCultivata to water and agitate or stir. Spray as uniformly as possible while media is blending.
• For difficult to wet mixes use 4-6 fl. oz. ofCultivata per cubic yard in enough water to get uniform distribution and mix thoroughly. • Drench With 550 Ppm Solution Of Cultivata (7 Fl. Oz./100 Gal Of Water). Additional Drench Applications Can Be Applied Every 4-6 Weeks Or Following Initial Drench. CultivataCan Be Applied By Injection Through An Irrigation System By Mixing In A Fertilizer Stock Tank (See Injection Table). If Using An Untreated Mix, Drench With 550 Ppm Solution Of Cultivata (7 Fl. Oz./100 Gal Of Water), Then Reapply At 10 Ppm (0.13 Fl. Oz./100 Gal Of Water) In Each Irrigation Or 100 Ppm (1.3 Fl. Oz./100 Gal Of Water) Weekly. If Using A Mix Containing Media Surfactant, Apply Cultivata® At 10 Ppm (0.13 Fl. Oz./100 Gal Of Water) In Each Irrigation Or 100 Ppm (1.3 Fl. Oz./100 Gal Of Water) Weekly.

Plug Production

• Drench before germination or after first leaf stage with a 250 ppm solution of CULTIVATA (3.2 fl. oz./100 gal of water).

Pre-shipment Application For Shelf Life Benefit

• Apply a 550-ppm drench of CULTIVATA(7 fl. oz./100 gal of water) within 2 weeks of shipment.

Precautionary Statements:
Wash thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves.

• If on Skin: Wash with plenty of soap and water.
• If In Eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for 20 minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, seek medical attention.

First Aid Measures In Case Of Contact:

• Eye: Do not rub eyes. Immediately flush eyes with large amounts of water for 20 minutes lifting the lower and upper lids. Seek medical attention if necessary.
• Skin:Remove contaminated clothing and immediately wash affected area with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation or redness persists, seek medical attention as needed.
• Ingestion: If person is conscious, give large amounts of water to drink. Seek medical attention if necessary. Induce vomiting only upon advice from a medical professional.
• Inhalation:Move individual to fresh air and check to assure adequate respiration. Seek medical attention if necessary.
• Applicators and other handlers should wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet.
• Remove protective clothing and equipment after handling. Wash the outside of gloves before removing. Wash thoroughly and change into clean clothing.

Storage & Handling

Storage Conditions

Keep container tightly closed until ready for use. Store in cool, well ventilated place that is locked. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/national/international regulations. Do not reuse empty container. For optimal storage, do not allow to freeze. Store between 350-120°F.
