PW-1™ is a specially formulated, low solids, single component primer designed for steel and metal. Its low viscosity contributes to ease of application and adheres well for top coating with VersaFlex polyurea products. PW-1 primer may be used with all VersaFlex rapid curing polyurea sealants and spray coating systems. It is designed for use in both interior and exterior priming situations. PW-1 is ideal for priming metal surfaces to help temporarily hold back flash rust.

VF 30™ is a low viscosity, high solids epoxy developed as a penetrating concrete primer for polyurea applications. VF 30 penetrates and strengthens the surface of the concrete, reduces pin-hole formations and provides a chemically reactive surface to accept VersaFlex polyurea systems. Adhesion is increased with the use of VF 30 by up to three times that of unprimed concrete.

VF 15™ is a versatile two-component urethane based primer designed for a variety of substrates. It’s unique formulation allows for dilution with acetone by 33-50% for improved penetration, coverage, and adhesion. VF-15 may be applied at temperatures greater than 0˚ F by airless sprayer, roller, squeegee, or broom. VF-15 may be used with all VersaFlex rapid curing sealants and coatings for interior and exterior application. VF-15 has been designed along with VF-20™ to offer versatility and flexibility in primer selection. VF-15 will cure to 0°F is typically preferred at temperatures between 40—75°F or at elevated temperatures when a faster re-coat is required such as smaller projects or where quick return to service is needed. VF-20 is ideal for use when longer working time is needed.

While VF-20 will cure down to 0˚ F it is ideal at temperatures above 75˚ F. VF-15 is typically preferred at temperatures between 40—75˚ F or at elevated temperatures when a faster re-coat is required such as smaller projects or where quick return to service is needed.

VersaProof™ Primer F is a specially formulated, twocomponent urethane based rapid repair and primer. In its low viscosity formulation, VersaProof™ Primer F may be used to repair or prime cementitous and porous masonry substrates. It’s unique low viscosity formulation allows for excellent substrate penetration for improved adhesion. VersaProof™ Primer F may be applied at temperatures greater than –20° F by plural component sprayer, roller, squeegee, or broom. VersaProof™ Primer F may be used with all VersaFlex rapid curing sealants and coatings for interior and exterior application.

VersaProof™ Primer S is the most adaptable and user friendly multi‐purpose primer. VersaProof™ Primer S is a versatile two‐component urethane based primer designed for a variety of substrates. It’s unique formulation allows for dilution with acetone by 33‐50% for improved penetration, coverage, and adhesion. VersaProof™ Primer S may be applied at temperatures greater than 0° F by airless sprayer, roller, squeegee, or broom. VersaProof™ Primer S may be used with all Versa- Roof™ rapid curing sealants and coatings for interior and exterior application.

FSS 45DC™ is a 100% solid, fast setting, plural component, polyurea elastomer and high performance coating. FSS 45DC is primarily designed for properly prepared concrete and masonry, due to it’s higher elongation and extended gel time, but will bond tenaciously to steel and other properly prepared substrates. FSS 45DC is an economical coatings solution for industrial applications requiring a resilient liner for waterproofing and/or abrasion resistance. FSS 45DC can be applied horizontally, vertically, and overhead, making it ideal for industrial applications with a variety of substrates, and complex geometries.

FSS 45DC™ F Plus is a 100% solid, fast setting, plural component, polyurea elastomer and high perfor-mance coating. FSS 45DC-F Plus is primarily designed for properly prepared concrete and masonry, but will bond tenaciously to steel and other properly prepared substrates. It is designed as a faster, more robust ver-sion of the classic FSS 45DC. FSS 45DC-F Plus is an eco-nomical coatings solution for industrial applications re-quiring a resilient liner for waterproofing and/or abra-sion resistance. FSS 45DC-F Plus can be applied horizon-tally, vertically, and overhead, making it ideal for indus-trial applications with a variety of substrates, and com-plex geometries.
