LEGISLATION

If used in its natural form and under the recommended processing conditions, the product complies with the requirements of ANVISA 105/99 (Brazil) and GMC (Mercosur) and 21 CFR 177.1640 of the FDA (USA) and EU 10/2011 (European Union) regulations for use in contact with food. The product also fulfills the requirements of UL 94 under File Number E220962.

RECYCLING

Innova recommends that items processed with their resins should be identified in accordance with ABNT NBR 13230, ASTM D7611 and D7611M-19 standards to assist in the identification, separation and recycling of materials.

Safety & Health

SAFETY

When processing under recommended conditions, a small amount of styrene vapors may be released. With appropriate ventilation and air renewal, the styrene concentration will stay at a level much lower than the exposure limit indicated by the ACGIH and will not pose a health hazard. Customers are requested to review the current MSDS before handling or using the product
