    Storage & Handling

    Storage & Handling
    • PV 7349/1 should be stored in the temperature range 5 – 25 °C, in sealed containers.
    • Avoid freezing.
    • Allow to condition to normal temperature and stir well before use, being careful to avoid inclusion of air.
    • In common with all rubber based products, contamination with extremely low concentrations of copper, manganese, brass and zinc will cause rapid aging of the rubber. Avoid contact with these metals, for example, from application equipment, water supplies and dyestuffs.
    • Use in the correct batch sequence, lower numbers first. All containers are marked with batch numbers for identification.
    • Under the above storage recommendations, PV 7349/1 should remain in good condition in sealed containers for up to 6 months.
