For container plants, water thoroughly and then apply 1 tsp for 6 inch pots, 1 tbsp for 10-12 inch pots, or 2 tbsp for 14 inch and larger pots. Water again. For flower beds, water thoroughly. Apply 4 pounds per 100 square feet. Work lightly into soil, then water again thoroughly. Repeat every 4 to6 weeks during the growing season.
