Vitalus Nutrition Cream products can be used in a wide range of industrial applications from soups and sauces to whipped toppings, cream fillings, pastries, yogurts, frozen cakes and ice cream. ​Our cream products are 36-40% butterfat. They are produced from fresh milk sourced from regional, Canadian farms where artificial growth hormones, like rbST, are not permitted and controlled measures are in place to prevent antibiotics from entering the milk supply.
