Viva Nylons Limited PA6C

Viva Nylons Limited PA6C is the base grade from which all cast nylon materials are created. This unmodified grade of cast nylon 6, produced by an anionic polymerisation casting process, demonstrates similar characteristics to PA66. Cast nylon shapes contain significantly lower stress levels, combined with high strength, good wear resistance result in greater dimensional accuracy when machining.

The self-lubricating qualities of the material additionally ensure that no lubrication is required unlike traditional materials such as steel.
  2. Strong & Durable - PA6 cast Nylon offers grade many improved characteristics over traditional materials & extruded polymers, these include: Good wear & abrasion resistance, Excellent mechanical, thermal & chemical resistant properties, Resistance to creep & heat aging.
