For finishing the 2 K PUR Flexo cast floor. Gives the surface improved UV resistance and scratch resistance. It is easy to work with, very wear and scratch resistant, makes it dust-free and provides an easy-tomaintain surface. Very good chemical resistance and equipped with UV filters.
- Processing
Always ensure that the surface is as dry and free of grease as possible and apply the layer with a suitable fur roller (microfibre roller). Only open cans when the material in them is actually going to be processed. Once opened, process as much as possible immediately and do not store. Mix the coating well beforehand until it is a homogeneous mass. Divide the layer with an 18 cm microfibre roller both vertically and horizontally and then roll again vertically. Within 5 minutes, the coating must be rolled again vertically with a dry and as wide as possible microfibre roller. Apply the coating with a maximum of 200 gr/m², as this can cause foaming. Always use nylon rollers and make sure they are new and well moistened from the coating. The next layer can be applied after 2 hours, with a maximum of 24 hours, because then a light mechanical roughening must first be done. Minimum processing temperature 5°C and maximum: 30°C

Always provide appropriate protective clothing and gloves. Avoid prolonged contact with the skin. Cleaning agent for tools: cleaner M and for hands: hand cleaner Slig (soap Stockhausen). Provide adequate ventilation. Wear a filter mask.
