Instructions For Use

Mix the two components thoroughly and apply with a brush or a wool roller onto the prepared surface. A porous surface - such as wood or concrete - should first be primed with G4. Sand blasted metals need not to be primed. Vertical areas should be coated twice to achieve a sufficient layer thickness of approx. 300-400 my. The second coat must be applied within 24 hours. The ideal working temperature is 20°C. Maximum strength will be reached after 3-5 days. If the working temperature is lower (minimum 10°C), the potlife and curing time are lengthened. However, the potlife is highly dependant on the amount of the resin in the mixing container. The amount used per coat is approx. 250 g/m². BN EPOXY is suitable as casting material for layers up to approx. 3 cm thick. The BN system is highly resistant against alkalis and many organic solvents.
