Surfaces to be glued must be clean, free from oil, grease, rust or old paint. Remove residue with sandpaper, oil and grease with acetone. To glue, take the two components by extruding as much resin as hardener on a nonporous support and mix them thoroughly and vigorously. Do not prepare more glue than you can use in five minutes. Immediately close the two tubes, taking care not to invert the caps, this will cause the cap to stick to the tube. Coat the two parts, put in contact and hold with clamps or adhesive tape. Minimum temperature of the surface to be glued: + 5 ° C. SUPER-EPOXY hardens faster at high temperatures and applied in a thick layer. Once hardened, SUPER-EPOXY can only be removed mechanically. Liquid glue can be removed with a solvent such as acetone. SUPER-EPOXY can be tinted with EP coloring pastes by adding 1 to 5%

Technical Details & Test Data
- Technical Data
SUPER-EPOXY is resistant to water (seawater), oil and weak acids and bases. SUPER-EPOXY withstands a temperature of 100 ° C continuously. It has good electrical insulating properties. This glue hardens in 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature and after 15 minutes it can already be subjected to a slight stress. The final hardness is acquired after 24 hours
