WS M7 creates a strong, solar reflective and UV resistant coating able to withstand and encapsulate and inhibit mold, fungi and mildew growth. WS M7 is engineered for both above and below grade applications. WS M7, when used as an interior coating, is ideal for livestock, food processing, agricultural, and medical facilities. WS M7 Elastormeric Waterproofing Membrane is an easy-to-use, liquid-applied, waterproof smart material formulated to cure into a seamless, heavy-duty, elastomeric coat to seal cracks and bridge small gaps. For larger imperfections, use Reinforcing Fabric as stated in the instructions.

WS M7 becomes an integral component to the construction of any structure as it bonds to a substrate. Ideal for commercial and industrial use, WS M7 Elastomeric Waterproofing Membrane seals and waterproofs:
- Foundation walls/ ICF/ Magnesium oxide panel structures/ buildings
- Stucco and block walls
- Building materials (Includes magnesium oxide panels, wood, plywood, OSB, stucco, concrete, concrete blocks, galvanized steel and polyurethane foam)
