West System 404-B High-Density Adhesive Filler, 30 lb is an epoxy thickening additive. We developed it for maximum physical adhesive properties in hardware bonding, or anywhere that high-cyclic loads are anticipated. Blended with epoxy, it makes an excellent gap filler or structural filets. Use this filler wherever you need an especially strong bond. You can blend it into any WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin/20X Hardener combination, G/flex Epoxy 650, or G/5 Five-Minute Adhesive.

West System 410-B Microlight, 4 lb is the ideal low-density filler for creating a light, easily-worked fairing compound especially suited for fairing large areas. Microlight mixes with greater ease than 407 Low-Density filler or microballoons and is approximately 30% easier to sand. It feathers to a fine edge and is also more economical for large fairing jobs. Not recommended under dark paint or other surfaces subject to high temperatures. Cures to a tan color. When West System® epoxy is thickened to a peanut butter consistency with Microlight™, the cured product sands and carves like basswood.

West System 407-B Low-Density, 14 lb is a blended microballoon-based fairing filler for WEST SYSTEM Epoxy. Add 407 to a mixture of epoxy resin/hardener to create a fairing putty. It’s easy to sand or carve this putty once it has cured. The filler is reasonably strong on a strength-to-weight basis. You can blend it into any WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin/20X Hardener combination, G/flex Epoxy 650, or G/5 Five-Minute Adhesive. Blended with epoxy to a “peanut butter” consistency, it will be easy to fair. The higher the percentage of 407 in your epoxy mix, the easier it will be to fair. Cures to a dark red/brown color.

West System 405 Fileting Blend is a strong, wood-toned epoxy filler. Add it to your epoxy mix when making epoxy joints and filets on naturally finished wood. It mixes easily with epoxy. This product helps you create smooth filets that will need only a little sanding. Its color is a consistent brown. 405 Fileting Blend can be blended with other WEST SYSTEM Fillers to modify the shade of your epoxy mix.
