These range from native Australian botanicals “bushtucker” to specializing in butterfly pea flowers with 11 years of growing to supply experience. Being a manufacturer Wild Hibiscus truly understands the importance of a quality ingredient that is consistent in all areas of supply. Wild Hibiscus supplies the same grade of flowers to fellow manufacturers as they use in their own products. There is only one grade of flower, the best, not commodity supply, specialized for the craft or specialty manufacturer.</span></p>

Made from butterfly pea flowers, Wild Hibiscus creates a super fine particle size for a matcha result. Less ingredient is required in application as the color is much stronger due to a specialized process developed. b'Lure Blue Matcha works best in suspension applications such as lattes, ice cream and baking but beverages are also a popular application. No other ingredients, fillers or carriers, just butterfly pea flowers

Whole butterfly pea flowers when steeped release a deep natural blue color which can change from blue to royal purple and pink on the color spectrum when introduced to a more acid environment. These flowers grow on a vine and each is carefully handpicked then Wild Hibiscus runs a specialized three staged drying process to reduce moisture content. This process protects the flowers attributes for 3+ years compared to open market supply which is 10 months approx. Clean from any sticks, leaves, mold and no use of pesticides or chemicals in the growing process. Truly a clean “green” ingredient.
