Amcorr Products and Services is the manufacturer of VISCOTAQ products. VISCOTAQ is used for corrosion prevention at pipelines, storage tanks, soil to air transitions, above ground flanges, pipe crossings, and in the ditch applications. Furthermore VISCOTAQ offers a unique waterproofing line to stop water infiltration at pipe casings, buildings, vaults, storm drains, sewer lines and more. VISCOTAQ products are manufactured in the USA under ISO 9001 and are filed for patents.

VISCOWRAP

Winn &amp; Coales International VISCOSEALANT is a viscous elastic, non-hardening caulking compound for waterproofing and corrosion prevention. The material can be used for corrosion protection of above ground flanges, as a waterproof seal at ring wall tanks and for water proofing cable and pipe penetrations. VISCOSEALANT provides for a water proof and gas restrictive seal.

VISCOWRAP HT is a low viscous, amorphous, a-polar viscous elastic solid polyolefin coating in roll form used for the protection of underground and aboveground substrates against corrosion. VISCOWRAP-HT is part of a 2-layer system that consists of a corrosion protective inner wrap (VISCOWRAP) and mechanical protective outer wrap that can be a PE, PVC or PU composite outer wrap.

Winn &amp; Coales International PVC OUTERWRAP is a heavy duty PVC in the form of a roll. The tape is used as an Outer Wrap for the mechanical protection of VISCOTAQ products against soil stress, back fill procedures and other forms of mechanical impact. Moreover, it gives a continuous external pressure to the VISCOTAQ corrosion preventive inner material and forces this material, together with eventual soil stress, continuously to flow. VISCOTAQ PVC Outer Wrap is produced from a High Quality PVC with an excellent resistance to chemicals and is wrapped with a 50% overlap onto the VISCOTAQ corrosion preventive coating. The material is applied onto the substrate by hand or by means of a tape wrap machine.

Winn &amp; Coales International VISCOPASTE is a low viscous, amorphous, a-polar solid polyolefin coating in paste form used for the protection of underground and aboveground pipeline related substrates against corrosion such as flanges, bolts, valves and for sealing casing ends against water infiltration. VISCOPASTE is a 2-layer system that is commonly used in combination with VISCOWRAP and a mechanical protective outer wrap that can be a PE, PVC or PU composite outer wrap.

VISCOWRAP ST is an amorphous viscous elastic (viscoelastic) solid polyolefin coating for corrosion prevention of underground and aboveground substrates. VISCOWRAP-ST is part of a 2-layer system that consists of a corrosion protective inner wrap (VISCOWRAP) and mechanical protective outer wrap that can be a PE, PVC or PU composite outer wrap.

Winn &amp; Coales International PE OUTERWRAP is a heavy duty polyethylene backing in the form of a roll, calendered with an adhesive. The tape is used as an Outer Wrap for the mechanical protection of VISCOTAQ products against soil stress, back fill procedures and other forms of mechanical impact. Moreover, it gives a continuous external pressure to the VISCOTAQ corrosion preventive inner material and forces this material, together with eventual soil stress, continuously to flow. VISCOTAQ PE Outer Wrap is produced from MDPE/HDPE and is wrapped with a 50% overlap onto the VISCOTAQ corrosion preventive coating. The material is applied onto the substrate by hand or by means of a tape wrap machine.
