Hybricor™ 204S - Hybrid Corrosion Inhibitor Pigment is a pigment grade Hybrid corrosion inhibitor, effective in primer applications intended for cast and structural aluminum protection. It can easily be incorporated into the coating using a high speed disperser. Hybricor™ 204S has a particle size of 7 Hegman which permits its use in both primer and DTM applications.

Wayncor™ 240 - Corrosion Inhibitor Pigment is a white Basic Zinc Molybdate anti-corrosive pigment which imparts good corrosion resistance to protective primers. It has a wide variety use in thermo set and thermo plastic systems. It can be used alone or in conjunction with other anti-corrosive additives. The typical use level for this product is between 3 – 7% based on total formula weight. It has a small particle size and narrow distribution which will permit it to be used in wash primers, DTM, or primer applications.

Corrosperse™ 176M is a 70% dispersion of Strontium Chromate in Methyl Amyl Ketone, It has a Fineness of Grind (7 Hegman) which means no grinding is required and it can easily be incorporated using high speed mixing techniques. Because the product is a pourable liquid, there are none of the concerns associated with Hexavalent Chrome in pigment form, specifically exposure to dust.

WPC Technologies Strontium Chromate 176 is the most effective and versatile corrosion inhibitor pigment available. Strontium Chromate 176 is a low dust, low oil absorption pigment compatible with aqueous or solvent borne paint systems and effective on all metals, such as steel, galvanized steel and aluminum alloys. It is widely used in aerospace and coil primers.

Wayncor™ 226 - Corrosion Inhibitive Pigment is a premium multi-component corrosion inhibitor pigment that comprises distinctly different inhibitive species to provide a high degree of corrosion protection on ferrous substrates. Although versatile it is highly recommended for water based acrylic primers where a high degree of corrosion resistance is required. Typical use level is between 3 – 7% total formula weight.

Wayncor™ 211 is an anti-corrosion inhibitive pigment that is very effective in solvent and water based epoxy primers. It does not affect the pot life of 2K systems. It can also be used alone or as a synergist with Zinc Phosphate. Typical use level is between 3 – 7 % total formula weight.

Stainban™ 186 is a zinc free, odorless, aqueous tannin stain inhibitor additive for water based primers. The unique mechanism of this product allows it to effectively block tannins in stains, and pigmented coatings. It can be easily incorporated at any stage of the paint manufacturing process and is compatible with a wide range of surfactant and dispersants. Stainban™ 186 is effective at any PVC value of primers, however, it is more economical at higher PVC. It may reduce or eliminate the need for zinc oxide in primer formulations. Paints made with Stainban™ 186 have good storage stability and improved humidity resistance. It is HAPS free and does not contribute to VOC. Typical use level ranges from 1 – 4% based upon total formula weight.

Wayncor™ 214 - Calcium Borosilicate is an effective corrosion inhibitive pigment designed for alkyds and other solvent based systems. Typical use level is 3 – 7% total formula weight.

WPC Technologies Strontium Chromate 177, with the chemical formula of SrCr04, is a low dust and very low oil absorption corrosion inhibitor pigment. It is recommended for high solids primer formulations. It is characterized by a unique high apparent bulk density and is widely used in aerospace primers for aluminum protection.

Hybricor™ 204 - Hybrid Corrosion Inhibitor Pigment is an organic/inorganic hybrid corrosion inhibitor pigment, a proven effective replacement for Cr6+ in aerospace primer applications on aluminum and other non-ferrous substrates. The fine particle size of Hybricor™ 204 (7 Hegman) permits it to be easily incorporated into a coating using a high speed disperser. It is effective in primers, DTM and thin film (< 20 micron) applications. It does not affect pot life of 2K systems. Use level varies by intended application requirements.

The unique mechanism of this product allows it to effectively block tannins in stains, clear coats, and pigmented coatings. It can be easily incorporated at any stage of the manufacturing process and is compatible with a wide range of surfactant and dispersants. Stainban™ 185 is effective at any PVC value of primers, however; it is more economical at higher PVC. It may reduce, or eliminate, the need for zinc oxide and stabilizing amines in primers. Paints made with Stainban™ 185 have good storage stability and improved humidity resistance. It is HAPS free and does not contribute to VOC. Typical use level ranges from 1 – 3% based upon total formula weight.

Because the product is a pourable liquid, there are none of the concerns associated with Hexavalent Chrome in pigment form, specifically respirable dust exposure.

Waynflash™ 115 is a liquid flash rust inhibitor that is based on WPC’s nitrite free chemistry. It is a highly effective inhibitor against flash rusting on ferrous substrates (such as galvanized steel) during the aqueous paint phase. Typical use levels range from 0.25 – 1.0% based upon total formula weight. It can be used in any water based primer or DTM system. Waynflash™ 115 exhibits good paint stability and can be incorporated at any stage of paint manufacturing. It is both HAPS and APEO free.

Stainban™ 208 - Calcium Strontium Zinc Phosphosilicate is a white, non-refractive pigment especially designed to inhibit the migration of the tannin stains in coatings on a wide variety of woods. The small particle size and narrow particle distribution allows the pigment to be easily incorporated into the coating using high speed dispersion. It is compatible with a wide variety of solvent and water based resins. It is recommended for use in primers or in self-priming applications where stain inhibition is needed. Typical use levels range from 5 – 9% total formula weight.
