- How to Use
A static metering and mixing unit is recommended to feed the mixture of part A and part B in the ratio 1:1 to the injection molding machine. If air bubbles are entrapped during mixing, the mixture must be thoroughly degassed under vacuum. The standard curing temperature is 120-150℃ and the curing time also depends on the thickness of rubber products.
- Processing
- Please exactly control the mixing ratio of part A and part B, otherwise curing process and product properties may be affected.
- The curing time, which depends on curing temperature and the thickness of rubber products, should be adjusted to meet the production needs.
- Please strictly avoid the contact with certain materials such as amines, sulfur, phosphor and tin, which will adversely affect the curing process or even result in no curing.
