Xenopren

Xenopren® PP-GF-20 is a polypropylene homopolymer filled to 20% with talc. This material contains a mineral filler, which substantially modifies certain properties of basic polymer and, in particular, increases its flexural moduls of elasticity, dimensional stability and thermal resistance. This filled grade is recommended for injection-molded manufactured items, and especially for the automotives. Products, made of talc modified polypropylene are also used in electrical engineering and electric houshold items. Processing of Xenopren® PP-TD-20 requires injection molding machines with pressure of injection 80-100MPa. Recommended cylinder temperature should be about 2350C and mold temperature 700C. The average molding shrinkage of this material is 1,5%.

Xenopren® E/P-TD-21-V0 is a non-flammable propylene-ethylen copolymer modified with talc. This plastic thanks to using copolymer has a good impact strength, even at low temperatures. Significantly decreased flammability of this Xenopren® allow for using it in all cases where, because of risk of fire and high temperature, extremely low flammability is required. Processing of Xenopren® E/P-TD-21-V0 requires injection molding machines with pressure of injection 80MPa. Recommended cylinder temperature should be about 230-2500C and mold temperature 500C.

Xenopren® PP-GF-30 is a polypropylene homopolymer reinforced with 30% chemically coupled glass fiber. This material represents a class of products featuring high stiffness, dimensional stability and thermal resistance. Processing of Xenopren® PP-GF-30 requires injection molding machines with pressure of injection 80-120MPa. Recommended cylinder temperature should be about 2450C and mold temperature 750C. The average molding shrinkage of this material is 0,6%. Polypropylene reinfor ced with glass fiber is used to manufacturing injection molding items for automotives and electrical engineering.

Xenopren® PP-GF-40 is a polypropylene homopolymer filled to 40% with chalk. This material contains a mineral filler, which substantially modifies certain properties of basic polymer and, in particular, increases its flexural modulus of elasticity, dimensional stability and thermal resistance. This filled grade is recommended for injection-molded manufactured items, and especially for the automotives. Products, made of chalk modified polypropylene are also used in electrical engineering and electric houshold items. Processing of Xenopren® PP-KD-40 requires injection molding machines with pressure of injection 80-100MPa. Recommended cylinder temperature should be about 2300C and mold temperature 600C. The average molding shrinkage of this material is 1,5%.
