Cellulose ethers are water-soluble polymers derived from cellulose, the most abundant polymer in nature. For a long time these versatile products have played an important role in foods, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, latex paints, construction products, ceramics, and a host of other applications. Cellulose products are used as thickeners, binders, film formers, and water-retention agents. They also function as suspension aids, surfactants, lubricants, protective colloids, and emulsifiers. In addition, solutions of cellulose thermally gel, a unique property that plays a key role in a surprising variety of applications.

Calphos N sodium hexa meta phosphate (SHMP), is an additive for many industries to improve and balance the performance. It is used in all high solid content exterior and interior paints as pigment disperserand filler.


Calphos

Titanium dioxide pigment is a fine white powder. When used in paints, plastics or paper, it provides maximum whiteness and opacity. It gives paint high hiding power, meaning the ability to mask or hide a substrate. It does this more effectively than any other white pigment. Today, titanium dioxide pigment is the most important material used by the paints and plastics industry for whiteness and opacity. These unique properties are derived from the refractive index of titanium dioxide. The refractive index expresses the ability to bend and scatter light. Titanium dioxide has the highest refractive index of any material known greater even than diamond. To take advantage of this property, titanium dioxide must be mined, refined and ground to a fine, uniform particle size. Nature does not yield titanium dioxide in a form that is usable by our customers.

CELOCELL™ HPMC PM/EM 350L helps building materials apply more easily and perform better. They provide water retention and cohesiveness to mixtures. With special modification, our CELOCELL hydroxypropylmethylcellulose derivatives can be used to control thickening, water demand, workability, sag resistance, strength and other important properties of the final product.

Tionox™ R 935 is an uncoated multipurpose rutile titanium dioxide pigment, it provides good whiteness, high hiding power, middling durability and ease of dispersion.

Calphos™ N SHMP is an additive for many industries to improve and balance the performance. It is used in all high solid content exterior and interior paints as pigment disperserand filler. In coating industry, Calphos N is used as water softening agent, disperser and flotation agent. Applying Calphos N SHMP in coating industry (exterior, interior) helps softening water in applications. By this improvement, pigments and fillers can be dispersed easily and supports flotation as flotation agent.

Tionox™ R 938 is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment product, it has inorganic and organic surface treatment, designed to give the high gloss, high tinting strength, middling durability and ease of dispersion.

CELOCELL™ HEC 350 L(B) is a nonionic cellulose derivative that dissolves readily in water, either cold or hot. It is used to produce solutions having a wide range of viscosity. Such solutions are pseudoplastic, that is, they vary in viscosity depending upon the amount of stress applied. CELOCELL™ HEC as a thickener, protective colloid, binder, stabilizer and suspending agent in a variety of industrial applications, such as water-based paints, adhesives, emulsion polymers, toothpaste, cosmetics and building products.

Tionox™ A100 is an anatase type titanium dioxide pigment for general application. White powder, insoluble in water, soluble in hot and concentrated strong acid and alkalin, having the good chemical stability. It has strong tint-reducing power, hiding power, with excellent properties of pigment.
