Our specialty zeolites can effectively and permanently adsorb a wide range of hydrocarbons, solvents and other toxic and nontoxic substances down to ppm levels. This effect is shown even in the presence of water. We offer the ZEOflair line, both hydrophobic and hydrophilic zeolites, some of which can be used to adsorb odors, flavors or VOCs in the presence of atmospheric moisture.

ZEOflair™ 350 is a highly active, hydrophobic adsorbent zeolite for the removal of undesirable odors, flavors, and VOCs. Due to its three-dimensional open structure, ZEOflair 350 effectively removes a broad range of odor/VOC molecules. This special adsorbent system can be easily incorporated as an additive to existing polymer formulations through a master batch or direct compounding. ZEOflair 350 is strongly selective for the adsorption of a wide range of odors/VOCs from air, various packaging materials, and formulations, even in high humidity conditions. It can effectively reduce a range of organic and inorganic compounds to ppm levels, despite the presence of liquid water. Potential ZEOflair 350 applications for odor/VOC control include polymer &amp; paper packaging, coatings, adhesives, inks, gas streams, and personal care formulations.

ZEOflair 800 is strongly selective for the adsorption of a wide range of odors/VOCs from air, various packaging materials, and formulations, even in high humidity conditions. It can effectively reduce a range of organic and inorganic compounds to ppm levels, despite the presence of liquid water. Potential ZEOflair 800 applications for odor/VOC control include polymer &amp; paper packaging, coatings, adhesives, inks, gas streams, and personal care formulations.

ZEOflair™ 100 is a highly active, hydrophobic adsorbent zeolite for the removal of undesirable odors and flavors. Due to its three-dimensional open structure, ZEOflair 100 also effectively removes larger odor molecules. This special adsorbent system can easily be incorporated as an additive to existing master batch formulations. ZEOflair 100 is strongly selective for the adsorption of a wide range of VOC/odors from air, based on organic compositions. It can effectively adsorb a range of hydrocarbons, solvents and toxic organic compounds down to ppm levels, even in the presence of water. Potential uses for ZEOflair 100 include eliminating odors in personal care, coating, adhesive, paper, ink and polymeric applications.
