Compatible Substrates & Surfaces
Applications
  • Apply by conventional airless, air-operated spray equipment, or by aerosol.
  • Cor-Ban® 22 can be applied over pre-existing corrosion.
  • The coating can be applied as thin as 1 mil (25 microns) film thickness to achieve the desired corrosion protection.
  • The Cor-Ban® 22 aerosol can be used in conjunction with the Formit® extensions to provide targeted spray to areas that may be difficult to reach but need to be coated.
  • All properties represented were achieved with a wet film thickness of 1.0 mils (25 microns). This wet film thickness can be measured with Zip-Chem® ’s Wet Film Thickness Gage.
  • One aerosol can covers approximately 90 ft² (8.3 m²)
  • Paste application of Cor-Ban® 22 is available as Cor-Ban® 27L.
