VINNAPAS® H 65 is an aqueous polymer dispersion produced from vinyl acetate monomer. It is plasticizer-free and has a high solid content. VINNAPAS® H 65 offers a high setting speed. It can be used as a raw material for various applications, including base dispersion for D1 and D2 wood adhesives, as well as paper and packaging adhesives.

VINNAPAS® EP 701K (NJG) is a polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It offers excellent elongation, water resistance, and flexibility. This dispersion also demonstrates outstanding adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in permanently flexible adhesive joints. Additionally, it provides high cohesion, ensuring strong and durable bonds.

VINNAPAS® DPN 16 is an aqueous polymer dispersion produced from vinyl acetate monomer. VINNAPAS® DPN 16 can be used as a raw material for water-resistant wood glues. It causes low discoloration of the glue line when hot pressing. VINNAPAS® DPN 16 meets the requirements of strain group D3 of EN 204 without the addition of a catalyst.

VINNAPAS® DP 55 is a fast-setting aqueous, low-viscosity PVOH-stabilized homopolymer dispersion produced from vinyl acetate monomer. VINNAPAS® DP 55 is plasticizer-free. VINNAPAS® DP 55 can be used as a raw material for paper and packaging adhesives as well as bookbinding adhesives.

VINNAPAS® EP 8010 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers. It is manufactured without the use of plasticizers. This dispersion offers high adhesion on surfaces that are typically difficult to bond, such as polystyrene and polyester, as well as UV lacquers and others. Additionally, it provides an excellent balance between high adhesion and heat resistance in the glue line.

VINNAPAS® EP 14 is an aqueous, plasticizer-free polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. It exhibits good adhesion to various plastic surfaces and provides a permanently flexible glue line. This product is suitable for applications such as adhesives for paper packaging and PVC furniture foil adhesives.

VINNAPAS® EP 401 is an aqueous, plasticizer-free polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. It offers good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in permanently flexible adhesive joints. Additionally, it demonstrates good reemulsification properties and has a high setting speed, making it well-suited for nozzle application.

VINNAPAS® DP 500 is an aqueous polymer dispersion that is based on the monomer vinyl acetate. This dispersion is manufactured without the use of plasticizers. It serves as a raw material for various applications, including as a base dispersion for D1 and D2 wood adhesives, as well as for paper and packaging adhesives.

VINNAPAS® EP 24 is an aqueous polymer dispersion, free from plasticizers, that is produced from vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers. It offers good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in a permanently flexible glue line. This product is particularly suitable for applications such as adhesives for paper packaging and PVC furniture foil adhesives.

VINNOL® E 22/48 A is a copolymer composed of approximately 75 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 25 wt.% carbon acid esters with hydroxyl functionality. It serves as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. As a thermoplastic and physically drying binder, VINNOL® E 22/48 A undergoes film formation as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

VINNAPAS® EP 11 (CGN) is an aqueous, plasticizer-free polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers. It offers good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in a permanently flexible glue line. This product is particularly suitable for applications such as adhesives for paper packaging and PVC furniture foil adhesives.

VINNAPAS® eco EP 401 is an environmentally friendly product designed to save fossil resources. It allows for the replacement of a portion of the fossil-based raw materials with certified sustainable, renewable feedstock during manufacturing. This product offers excellent adhesion to various plastic surfaces and creates permanently flexible adhesive joints. It also provides good reemulsification properties and has a high setting speed. VINNAPAS® eco EP 401 is well-suited for nozzle application.

VINNAPAS® EP 17 is an aqueous polymer dispersion, free from plasticizers, that is produced from vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers. It provides good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, allowing for the creation of permanently flexible adhesive joints with high cohesion. This product finds applications in adhesive formulations for paper packaging as well as foil lamination.

DEHESIVE® PSA 11 AP is a solvent-free, reactive silane mixture. Applied with addition-crosslinking DEHESIVE® or DEHESIVE® PSA-systems, it increases the adhesion to the substrate. The rub-off resistance of the cured silicone coating is improved significantly. It provides improved anchorage to unprimed PET film.

DEHESIVE® SFX 251 AMA® is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid. It is designed for release applications and is applied with additional components on paper and filmic substrates. The superior cure properties of DEHESIVE® SFX 251 AMA® provide fast cure even in low-temperature applications.

Flytac 105 - F is a glycerol ester of hydrogenated rosin. It has found wide acceptance in chewing gum, hot melt, pressure-sensitive, laminating adhesives, and wax depilatories. In general, it finds use where there is a need for a pale, non-oxidizing, color-stable, and highly tacky liquid resin.

Flytac 104 - P is a pale, thermoplastic, acidic resin produced by partially hydrogenating the rosin. Because of this treatment, it is highly resistant to oxidation, discoloration, and changes in solubility characteristics when exposed to air and sunlight.

Flytac 105 - P is a glycerol ester of hydrogenated rosin. It has found wide acceptance in chewing gum, hot melt, pressure-sensitive, laminating adhesives, and wax depilatories. In general, it finds use where there is a need for a pale, non-oxidizing, color-stable, and highly tacky liquid resin.

Flytac 104 - F is a pale, thermoplastic, acidic resin produced by fully hydrogenating the rosin. Because of this treatment, it is highly resistant to oxidation, discoloration, and changes in solubility characteristics when exposed to air and sunlight.

Syntran® 1950C is based on Interpolymer Corporation's unique styrenated acrylic technology. This technology creates a film with a very high gloss and fast dry times. This technology also allows for excellent adhesion over multiple substrate types. This milky dispersion is used in floor finishes, household, label, board, and packaging coatings (OPV).

Syntran® 3211 is based on shell-core technology. This technology creates a film with very high gloss, block resistance, rub resistance, and printability with multiple ink types. This technology also allows for excellent adhesion over multiple substrate types. This milky dispersion is used in label, board, and packaging coatings (OPV).

Syntran® 6209 is based on high-solids technology. This technology creates a film with very high flexibility, excellent water resistance, and excellent coverage. This technology also allows for excellent adhesion over multiple substrate types. This white emulsion is used in adhesives, textile and leather coatings, pigmented coatings and sealants, label, board, and packaging coatings (OPV).

SYNTHOLUX 1014 W is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion that is physically drying and UV-curable. It does not contain emulsifiers or co-solvents. It is recommended to use it as a coating for wooden substrates that show high elasticity and good chemical resistance. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, other packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHOLUX BW 2223 is a radiation-curing, tin-free UV-dispersion with good mattability and excellent chemical resistance. It is suitable for waterborne wood application and has very good matting behavior. This product can be used for clear and pigmented coatings. It has applications in furniture coatings, industrial coatings, wood flooring, other packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHOLUX 432 PAA is a radition-curing, amine-modified, low-viscosity polyether acrylate. It is recommended to use it as a sole, highly reactive binder or together with other radiation-curing binders to increase flexibility. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, automotive OEM coatings, and other printing applications. 

SYNTHOLUX 271 UA is a radiation-curing, aliphatic urethane acrylate dissolved in a reactive thinner. It is recommended to use it as a coating wood and paper. It can also be used as a sole binder or together with other radiation-curing binders to increase flexibility. It has applications in wood flooring, industrial coatings, furniture coatings, other packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHALAT A 1653 is a polyisocyanate-curing acrylic resin. Used in combination with aromatic and aliphatic polyisocyanates for fast-drying 2-pack high-gloss, high-build polyurethane coatings, particularly suitable for coating furniture. It has applications in industrial coatings, metal coatings, furniture coatings, and other printing, packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHALAT A 1633 is an acrylic resin cross-linked with polyisocyanate. It is used in combination with aromatic and aliphatic polyisocyanates for fast-drying 2-component polyurethane coatings, particularly for coating furniture. It is a fast-drying polymethacrylate that permits the manufacture of very quick-drying 2-component coating systems. These coatings are suitable for industrial furniture coatings and other wood coatings. It has applications in wood flooring, metal coatings, furniture coatings, and other printing applications.

SYNTHALAT D 272 is a long-oil isophthalic acid alkyd resin. This is suitable for VOC-compliant wood stain, glaze, and clear coats with good penetration and weather resistance. It has very good compatibility with various medium- and long-oil alkyd resins. It has applications in industrial coatings, Craft and hobby, furniture coatings, wood flooring, and other packaging and paper applications.

SYNTHOLUX 197 PE is an aadiation-curing, low-viscosity polyester acrylate resin that is solvent-free. It is used in UV- and electron beam-curing primers and top coats for wood, paper, plastics, and printing inks. It has applications in construction adhesives, industrial adhesives and sealants, wood coatings, and finishes.

SYNTHOESTER 1110 is a branched, saturated polyester containing hydroxyl groups. Used in combination with aromatic polyisocyantes for air- and stove-drying two-component coatings. It is used with desmodur L as the crosslinking partner for anti-corrosive primers with excellent adhesion. It has applications in industrial coatings, wood flooring, furniture coatings, packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHOLUX BW 2096 is a radiation-curing, tin-free UV-dispersion with very excellent mattability and good chemical resistance already after physically drying. It is suitable for waterborne wood application with very good grain enhancement and very good matting behavior. Surfaces are re-emulsifiable before UV curing. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, other printing, and packaging applications.

SYNTHOLUX 475 PE is a radiation-curing, fatty acid-modified polyester acrylate. It is used as a sole binder or combined with other radiation-curing binders for use in UV-curing printing inks. The resin is distinguished by its good pigment wetting. It has applications in furniture coatings, industrial coatings, wood flooring, and other printing and packaging applications.

SYNTHALAT A 1613 is an acrylic resin that forms air- and oven-drying two-component lacquers when combined with aromatic and aliphatic polyisocyanates. These lacquers are primarily suitable for wood and plastic coatings and cure quickly at low curing temperatures. It has applications in furniture coatings, wood coatings, and finishes.

Synprint AC 5151 is an acrylic polymer based on multiphase technology. This is a proprietary process that combines two different types of polymers in the same polymer network. It allows a balanced combination and an overall improvement of the physical properties of the two polymers. Synprint AC 5151 forms a film with very high gloss, blocking resistance, rub resistance, and printability with various types of inks. It also exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates.

Synprint AC 2910 is an inherently matte acrylic polymer. This technology produces a film with low gloss without the additional use of waxes or powders and brings flexibility and excellent stability while providing excellent adhesion to various substrate types. It is recommended to be fortified with another resin, such as Synprint AC 5151 or similar, to improve the overall film properties.
