DEHESIVE® 944 is a solvent-based, addition-crosslinkable silicone recommended for use as a release coating. It offers excellent release stability, medium release at low peel speeds, excellent bath life, and excellent anchorage to a wide variety of substrates. It can be used for coating polyester films (PET), papers, and PE-laminated papers.

DEHESIVE® 929 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid designed for release applications. This product has good curing properties, very good flow properties and coverage, an extremely stable release, excellent bath life, and excellent long-term anchorage to a wide variety of substrates.

DEHESIVE® 902 AMA® is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid formulated for release applications on paper and filmic substrates. It is an integral component of a multicomponent release coating used in the production of paper and filmic release liners. These liners are widely utilized in the manufacturing of single- and double-sided industrial laminates.

Evonik VQM 973 formulations consist of vinylfunctional QM resin and vinylfunctional silicone polymers. These formulas are used to produce materials that are transparent, free of fillers, and have great mechanical qualities. They can also improve the mechanical properties and flow behavior of systems that are filled.

VINNOL® E 22/48 A is a copolymer composed of approximately 75 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 25 wt.% carbon acid esters with hydroxyl functionality. It serves as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. As a thermoplastic and physically drying binder, VINNOL® E 22/48 A undergoes film formation as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

Rovene 6090 is a functionally modified, water-based vinyl acetate copolymer latex. As a water-based release coating, Rovene 6090 is recommended as a blending component for Rovene 6091 to modify the degree of adhesive release. On its own, this fast drying, firm copolymer has excellent mechanical stability during application and provides a final coating with very tight release values. When combined with Rovene 6091, release values can be easily tailored to specific needs. Rovene 6091 is a functionally modified vinyl acetate copolymer latex recommended for use as a water-based release coating. As a water based release coating, Rovene 6091 is recommended for use with adhesives exhibiting a high degree of tack. Rovene 6091 is recommended as a blending component for Rovene 6090 to modify the degree of adhesive release. This fast drying, firm copolymer has excellent mechanical stability during application and provides a final coating with easy release. Ultiloc 5003 has proven to be one of the more popular and interesting products in the Ultiloc series. It exhibits enhanced adhesion characteristics to many substrates including corona treated BOPP and BOPET, and is often used in flexible packaging film, contributing to a reduction in layers and decreased gage weight. Ultiloc 5003 also has well established superior gas barrier performance allowing it to be considered an acceptable replacement for alternative barrier technologies.

VYNOVA™ S6502 is a high molecular weight and high porosity vinyl chloride homopolymer. It is a general purpose resin suitable for extrusion, calendering of both rigid and flexible PVC articles: profiles, sheets & films, compounds, and flooring.

Nipoflex® 631 is an Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer (EVA) material. KURARAY POVAL™ 25-88 KL by Kuraray is a water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) specialty grade manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It exhibits high molecular weight, good cohesion, good adhesion to fibers-, fillers- and pigments. It has a good affinity to hydrophobic substances such as polyester, polystyrene etc. as well as a good water solubility. KURARAY POVAL™ 25-88 KL is recommended for adhesives.

KURARAY POVAL™ 26-80 (Old name: Poval® PVA 417) by Kuraray is polyvinyl alcohol. It is used as a component of remoistenable adhesives, e.g. for postage stamps. KURARAY POVAL™ 26-80 exhibits specific colloid-chemical and excellent film-forming properties, and a high tensile strength. In addition, the polymers are highly elastic and resistant to heat and organic solvents. Above all, the range of applications is based on the chemical properties, especially on the reactivity of the numerous hydroxyl groups with substances such as reactive resins, aldehydes and other reactive compounds.

KURARAY POVAL™ 4-85 by Kuraray is polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) having varying degree of polymerization and hydrolysis. It is a water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It is notable for its good bonding strength and pigment binding capacity because PVAs have such good cohesion and good adhesion to fibers, fillers as well as pigments. It shows excellent film forming characteristics, high tensile strength and elasticity, as well as resistance against organic solvents and dispersing power. It is used in a similar manner as natural products such as casein as well as starch and its degraded derivatives (for example dextrin) as raw material to produce aqueous adhesive solution. For the modification of aqueous adhesives its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, increase of the setting speed and influence on the rheology. It is biodegradable and recyclable. KURARAY POVAL™ 4-85 is used in producing silicon-based paper that are further used as release paper for PSA labels. This grade is also used in remoistenable adhesives which are employed mainly in the paper processing industry and films applications.

Kuraray Poval™ L-10 by Kuraray is a porous, specialty polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) grade. Exhibits excellent water solubility, strong film-forming properties and oil & grease resistance. Provides wetting properties on polar substances, good pigmentability, adhesiveness, low ash & VOC content and emulsifying property. KURARAY POVAL™ L 10 possible applications include adhesives, specialty papers, building materials and polymerization (emulsion/suspension). Meets SVHC.

KURARAY POVAL™ 4-88 by Kuraray is polyvinyl alcohol manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It is a water-soluble, partially saponified, odorless polymer. Its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, setting speed and rheology. Applicable for use in remoistenable adhesives. KURARAY POVAL™ 4-88 conforms to EU Directive 67/548/EC.

KURARAY POVAL™ 6-98 by Kuraray is a polyvinyl alcohol. It is a fully saponified, odorless, water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. Shows varying degree of polymerization and hydrolysis. Its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, setting speed and rheology. Exhibits good penetration capacity and good adhesion properties. Offers high cohesion & toughness, low electrostatic charging and re-dissolving capacity of the dried film in water. KURARAY POVAL™ 6-98 is designed for use in pressure sensitive adhesive labels. Complies with EU Directive 67/548/EC.

Neralit® 652.0 is suspension polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Suspension NERALIT® type 652 polyvinyl chloride is designated for products made of softened and unsoftened PVC. Extrusion, rolling (calendering) and, if applicable, injection technologies are suitable for processing the product.

It offers good bonding strength and pigment binding capacity. It is suitable for modification of emulsion adhesives and remoistenable adhesives in the paper processing industry. Aqueous solution of KURARAY POVAL™ 32-88 can be added to polymer emulsion which is already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol to extend the open time, increase setting speed and influence the rheology. It is recommended for use in postage stamps and labels. Complies with EU Directive 67/548/EC regulation.

KURARAY POVAL™ L 508 is recommended for adhesive and suspending agent for PVC suspension polymerization.

Neralit® 682.0 is suspension polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Suspension NERALIT® type 682 polyvinyl chloride is designated for products made of hard (unsoftened) PVC. It is especially suitable for the production of pressure pipes and window profiles. Extrusion technology on two-worm machines is suitable for processing the product.

KURARAY POVAL™ 49-88 by Kuraray is a partially saponified polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade. This grade is water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It is used as an adhesive promoter. It is suitable for modification of emulsion adhesives and remoistenable adhesives in the paper processing industry. It is used in postage stamps and labels. Aqueous solution of KURARAY POVAL™ 49-88 can be added to polymer emulsion which is already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol to extend the open time, increase setting speed and influence the rheology. Its shelf life is 12 months. Complies with EU Directive 67/548/EC regulation.
