Super-Bind works on all feed types with a use rate of 10 to 25 lb per ton (5 kg to 12.5 kg per ton). When replacing high-inclusion lignin sulfonate, use a ratio of approximately 1 lb (.5 kg) to every 2 lb (1 kg) of full-strength lignin. When replacing medium inclusion binders, replace at equal use rates. Super-Bind is available in powder or liquid form. Super-Bind® is used in high grain feeds, rations containing high amounts of dried distiller’s grains, high fat horse feeds, range cubes, pressed blocks and other challenging rations.

Zar-Min is a natural clinoptilolite zeolite (sodium aluminosilicate hydrate) approved for use in animal feeds by the FDA. Its unique honeycomb-like crystal structure and large surface area make Zar-Min an excellent anti-caking agent.

Naturall-e or Natural vitamin E is an active ingredient which is commonly used to enrich food products and nutritional supplements. Naturall-e Natural Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) shows twice the biological activity when compared to synthetic Vitamin E (d-Alpha Tocopherol). Natural Tocopherol is retained for longer duration in the body. Thus, Naturall-e is the best alternative to synthetic Vitamin E to enrich food and nutraceuticals.

As the strongest animal feed grade mineral acid available, LS-PWT2® requires a low addition rate to acidify drinking water to biologically effective low pH levels. The low addition rate allows water palatability to be maintained to promote optimum water consumption in poultry and livestock. LS-PWT2® can also be used to manipulate pH in order to maximize chlorine effectiveness for waterline cleaning and sanitation. Plus, bulk packaging enables substantial cost savings.

Molastik firms up the molasses causing it to bind the feed ingredients into harder, more durable range blocks, cubes or pellets. Molastik also increases the water resistance of feed and preserves pellets in bagged feed in humid conditions. Using 3 lb (1.5 kg) of Molastik with 4-5% molasses provides superior binding.Molastik’s exceptional binding ability produces harder range blocks and improved weather resistance without hampering production. It contributes to a denser product that is more water repellent than products made with other binders. Further, Molastik allows the use of more molasses than normal without blocks going soft. Molastik also improves compression and reduces expansion cracks. Finally, Molastik darkens the finished feed for a “richer” look.

Maxi-Mil is a powerful aid to milling efficiency, proven to lower manufacturing costs and produce better quality pellets when used as part of an Anitox milling efficiency program. Available with and without added mold control, Maxi-Mil products can reduce process loss and optimize feed moisture levels, improve mill throughput, reduce power consumption during pelleting, and improve pellet quality. By protecting feed nutritional values and pellet quality, Maxi-Mil helps optimize feed intake, driving efficient live production of poultry, swine and farmed fish.

Pel-Aid is a great protein binding agent for USE in pet food treats, pet food, equine hoof conditioners, high grain, dairy and rabbit feeds. Using 1 to 2 lb per ton (0.5 to 1 kg per ton) will increase throughput and binding. Pel-Aid is a unique pelleting aid that serves as both a lubricant and binder. As a liquid, it lubricates the entire feed mixture and makes faster pelleting possible. When it cools, Pel-Aid solidifies, binding each pellet throughout.

Pegabind, an aquaculture feed additive, is an advanced-generation, synthetic resin that is effective at low inclusion levels as an aqua feed binder. It is uniquely formulated to contain extremely low residue levels, such as free formaldehyde, yet maintain a long shelf-life.

Microtracers® are easily identifiable "harmless markers" used to assure the quality of mixed formula animal and poultry feeds. When formulated in vitamin, mineral or medicated premixes, a Microtracer serves to mark the presence of the premix in the finished feeds.

MIN-U-GEL® attapulgite mineral products are used in liquid-based systems to stabilize the media, control flow and leveling, improve film build without sagging, and prevent settling and syneresis. It is a rheology modifier with thixotropic thickening. It also aids in the suspension of pigments to help prevent flooding and floating.

Dinazyme® is a powder acid-neutral xylanase/b-glucanase/pectinase/cellulase product from an advanced non-GMO non-pathogenic strain of Trichoderma longibrachiatum (formerly T. reesei) producing enzymes.

SBS (sodium bisulfate) Pet™ Grade is a natural acidifier for the pet food industry used in dry cat food for feline urine acidification and in soft treat and liquid digest for pH reduction and preservation. As a dry, granular, non-hazardous acid, SBS Pet™ can be added to the micro bin and mixed with the pre-mix, before extrusion, and delivers the added benefit of improved employee safety.

Super-Lube® is a dry powder that is added at the mixing stage prior to pelleting. It can be used to increase production rates, reduce fines (if replacing oil as a lubricant), or to run on lower amperage levels (save energy and lower friction heat).

Uni-Bond improves hardness, durability and moisture repellent properties of pellets, cubes or blocks. Uni-Bond is a low inclusion powdered pellet binder that is added at the mixing stage prior to pelleting. Uni-Bond is used in wild game feeds, premix pellets in textured feeds, calf creep feeds, range cubes and pressed blocks where improved weatherproofing is desired. Uni-Bond is also used as an anti-bridging agent in urea feeds. Use 1 to 3 lb per ton (0.5 to 1.5 kg per ton); if currently using a urea formaldehyde binder, replace at equal economic rates.

EZ MILL is a low inclusion processing aid for rolled and steam flaked grain including corn, sorghum, wheat, barley and oats. EZ MILL is used to increase production and improve quality. EZ MILL lowers the surface tension of water and improves emulsification of the oils naturally found in grain. This combination helps soften the grain, opening the pores of the kernels, improving moisture absorption and reducing soak time. The result is improved heat transfer, lower amperage, fewer flake fines and improved quality. Use 2 to 4 oz. (61 to 122 gm) per ton of ration to be flaked or rolled. EZ-Mill is a low inclusion processing aid for rolled and steam flaked grain including corn sorghum, wheat and barley. EZ-Mill is used to increase production and improve quality.
