Viton® 1/16" Rubber was originally introduced over 50 years ago to meet the needs of the aerospace industry for a high-performance elastomer. Viton® fluoroelastomer is particularly valued for its excellent heat stability and resistance to aggressive fuels and chemicals. Viton® fluoroelastomer is the most specified fluoroelastomer for fuel systems seals, expansion joints and gaskets.

ISOTHANE 1065A are poly(adipate)ester based thermoplastic polyurethanes, thermoforming TPU. They exhibit excellent toughness, abrasive resistance, and solvent resistance. These products can be injection molded, blow molded, and extruded.

Nitrile rubber is now commonly found in laboratories and facilities where testing involving chemicals takes place. Nitrile rubber holds up well in marine diesel tanks and aviation fuel gaskets.

KEP® 110 produced by Kumho Polychem is a highly functional special synthetic rubber that is mainly used for automotive parts and has excellent resistance to heat, ozone, and chemicals. With a lower specific gravity compared with other synthetic rubbers, it can be applicable for high-filling mixing, meaning it has a high economic feasibility.
