Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) is the most chemically resistant elastomer available and is effectively a rubber form of PTFE. G-TEX M nonwoven mats can be used with all commonly used resin systems for composites. Whilst best suited for compression molding processes in either dry or pre-impregnated forms, they are also used today in vacuum infusion (dry mats) and autoclave (pre-impregnated mats) processes. G-TEX M nonwoven mats are used today in automotive, wind energy, marine and tooling applications.

Various innoprene products supplied by Kumho Polychem Co.,Ltd. are thermoplastic elastomers of polyolefin type, and they can replace the existing thermosetting products of EP(D)M or CR rubber. The material is also able to replace soft PVC that is recently being discussed for its environmental problems. Moreover, the material is of low weight, therefore it is possible to develop light-weighted products. Innoprene is a product that is already completely cross-linked and there is no need for an extra cross-link process before its ultimate use. Also, it is possible to simplify the processes and reduce the prime cost as it is an environment-friendly material allowing for an easy recycle of scraps resulted from processing. Innoprene is possible to mold using devices of extrusion molding, injection molding, blow molding and calendar processing as in normal plastic resin. Especially, it is among the new materials that are possible to apply in extrusion area. (automobile glass run channel and construction window gasket etc)

GreenTEC Pro Carbon is a biopolymer made from renewable resources with10% carbon fiber. The material offers high rigidity, very good mechanical properties and an increased temperature resistance. In addition, the raw material is approved according to the REACH- and RoHS-Standards.

Due to its good thermal and mechanical properties, this semi-crystalline material belongs to the polymer group of engineering plastics. In addition to its high strength, hardness and toughness, it has a high heat deflection temperature of -40 °C to approx. +100 °C. However, the good damping capacity can only be achieved after conditioning, so this material should be re-conditioned after tempering. The material also has good sliding and dry-running properties. Due to the increased moisture absorption behavior in comparison to other polymer materials, possible dimensional changes as well as changes in the mechanical and electrical properties must be taken into account prior to material configuration.

While its flexibility and elastic recovery are similar to rubber, its mechanical properties, heat resistance, weather resistance and UV stability are far better than the performance of conventional rubber.
