Seal Bond

Seal Bond® 490 Liquid Flashing is a professional grade pourable sealant for use in pitch pans, curb systems, and other liquid flashing applications. It can be used for general roof repairs, roof seams, fasteners, gutters, and other building envelope applications. SB 490 is a 1-Part formulation with self-leveling properties for horizontal applications. SB 490 is based on polyether technology that reacts with moisture to form a strong and flexible seal. SB 490 is suitable for applications in wet, dry, or low temperature climate conditions. The product has excellent weathering and UV resistance and performs in temperatures from -40°F to 200°F.

Seal Bond® 440 Roof Tile Adhesive/Sealant is a high performance adhesive developed especially for the repair of concrete, clay, quarry and slate roof tiles on new and existing roofs. SB 440 offers a long life expectancy reducing labor and installation costs. SB 440 bonds to most building materials producing a water and weather resistant seal. SB 440 withstands high temperature roof exposure while maintaining its high tensile and shear strength.

Seal Bond® 495 High Performance Adhesive/Sealant is a high-strength, one-component, elastomeric adhesive & sealant that permanently adheres to many construction materials without the use of primer. SB 495 is a low odor and 100% solids formula designed for interior and exterior construction applications. SB 495 is an environmentally friendly formula that contains no solvents or isocyanates and yields very low VOC’s.

Seal Bond® MSL Self-leveling Sealant is a professional grade one-part, self-leveling, sealant/coating formulated for low movement joint and coating applications requiring quick cure and excellent weatherability including high UV resistance. SB MSL reacts with moisture to form a strong yet flexible all-weather seal. SB MSL is tough, elastic and waterproof. SB MSL can be used on damp surfaces; however pooled water and surface frost should be removed before application. Installation in high humidity conditions is acceptable.

Seal Bond® 410 Clear General Purpose Sealant is a fast curing, clear adhesive sealant for construction applications. SB 410 delivers tough, elastic sealing performance, with excellent adhesion to steel, aluminum, wood, glass, concrete and cementitious materials. SB 410 is solvent and isocyanate free. SB 410 is 100% solids and does not out-gas or bubble. For use on interior and exterior joints, including roofing, expansion wall, panel wall, window frames and more.

Seal Bond® 435 High Performance Sealant is a high performance joint sealant for a wide range of construction applications. SB 435 delivers tough, elastic sealing performance, for joints requiring compression and extension greater than 35%.

Seal Bond® 450 High Movement Adhesive/Sealant is a high performance joint sealant for a wide range of construction applications. SB 450 delivers tough, elastic sealing performance, for joints requiring compression and extension greater than 50%.

Seal Bond® 500 High Strength Adhesive/Sealant is an extremely high-strength, one-component, elastomeric adhesive & sealant that permanently adheres to many construction materials without the use of primer. SB 500 is a low odor and 100% solids formula designed for interior and exterior construction applications. SB 500 is an environmentally friendly formula that contains no solvents or isocyanates and yields very low VOC’s. SB 500 is based on moisture cure hybrid polymer technology that reacts and cross-links in the presence of moisture to provide a durable seal with excellent weathering and UV resistance and performs in temperatures from -40°F to 200°F.

Seal Bond® 114 – Industrial Sealant is a multi-purpose, paintable, fast curing one-component sealant adhesive. SB 114 is moisture curing and was developed for general sealing and building applications. SB 114 delivers tough and elastic sealing performance, with excellent adhesion to steel, aluminum, wood, glass. SB 114 is solvent and isocyanate free. For use on interior and exterior seams, expansion walls, panel walls, floors, ceilings, roof lines and more.

Seal Bond® 140 Self Leveling Sealant & Coating is a professional grade one-part, self-leveling, sealant/coating formulated for low movement joint and coating applications requiring quick cure and excellent weatherability including high UV resistance. SB 140 reacts with moisture to form a strong yet flexible all-weather seal. SB 140 is tough, elastic and waterproof. It bonds aggressively to steel, aluminum, ceramics, coated metal, Styrofoam® , EPS, glass, wood and many plastics. SB 140 is suited for many applications requiring adhesion to concrete and cementitious building materials. SB 140 can be used in damp concrete joints, however pooled water and surface frost should be removed before application. Installation in high humidity conditions is acceptable.

Seal Bond® 132 Sprayable Adhesive, Sealant & Coating is a multi-purpose product that is used as a sealant/seam sealer, an adhesive and a coating. This high-performance product is designed to provide excellent sprayability, yet it is also dispensed and tooled in a number of applications.

Seal Bond® 113 Multi-Purpose Adhesive/Sealant is a multi-purpose one-component structural sealant/adhesive designed for difficult bonding and sealing applications. It is moisture curing and was developed for industrial uses requiring elasticity, high strength and excellent adhesion. It is an excellent choice for many product assembly applications. It is tough, elastic and waterproof. It often provides primer-less adhesion to steel, aluminum, ceramics, Styrofoam®, Kynar® coated metal, glass, wood, fiberglass, and many plastics (Acrylic, ABS, and PVC). SB 113 is also suited for many applications requiring adhesion to concrete and cementitious building materials. SB 113 is based on a unique polymer system that will cure at temperatures as low as 13ºF. It has excellent weathering characteristics and is suitable for use in all climates.
