LTC150 Prepreg is designed to cure in a lower time at low temperatures than standard tooling prepregs whilst giving the potential for high temperature tooling. It can be supplied on a variety of fabrics to meet your cost and manufacturing requirements.

ebalta AH 140 is a very thin liquid two-component-epoxy resin with high values of strength and high heat resistance. Due to its very good impregnating and wetting properties it is suitable as laminating resin for high-strength components with fabrics of glass –or carbon fiber. Especially for thin laminates, a post-curing of 16 hours at 80°C, after curing at room temperature, is essential in order to guarantee a complete curing. Otherwise the non post-cured laminate will be brittle and the adhesion of the layers with each other will not be sufficient.

CHS-EPOXY 200 M 75 is a Solution of low molecular weight epoxy resin in methylethylketone.

MTC475 is an epoxy resin system designed to combine excellent clarity and elevated service temperature. It cures from 80°C to 120°C, allowing flexibility in component manufacture. It can be supplied on a variety of fabrics to meet your cost and manufacturing requirements.

Hybtonite® Mix 50/50, CNT modified epoxy resin. It is a low viscosity, solvent free 100 % reactive resin. The system will give increased impact resistance, elongation to break and fatigue compared to any traditional epoxies. It also attaches functional chemical groups covalently to the CNTs. When epoxy resin is cured, these functional groups take part in the polymerization process creating a strong hybrid structure between matrix and CNTs. Epoxy resin in the form of foil is designed for patent Letoxit Foil Technology (LF Technology). LF Technology is a dry lamination technique, which is suitable especially for production of laminate structures with exactly defined reinforcement and resin content. If it is necessary to increase the amount of resin in a certain place, it is also possible to combine epoxy resin Letoxit Foil with prepregs. Letoxit® LFX 035 can be applied for all types of reinforcement. Various types of glass, carbon or Kevlar fabrics or their combinations are mostly used. Unidirectionally oriented reinforcements or 3D fabrics can be used, too. LFX 035 is suitable especially for production of sandwich structures and honeycomb constructions. The produced laminate has very good mechanical properties under stress in temperature range from -75°C to +110°C. Therefore it is used for manufacturing of aircraft parts and transport vehicles.

Duresco NU 460 T/NU 460 U is a Glass fiber reinforced epoxy molding compound with good mechanical properties.

ebalta AH 120/TC 60 is a very thin liquid epoxy resin with high values of strength and dimensional stability. Due to its good impregnating and wetting properties it is suitable as laminating resin for high-strength components with fabrics of glass –or carbon fiber. ebalta AH 120/TC 60 is suitable for laminating of thin as well as thick laminates with large surface up to a thickness of 8 mm. A post-curing should be executed, if possible before demoulding.

APCM DA 4082 is 200°F cure modified epoxy prepreg system which can be prepreged on fiberglass fabric, woven Kevlar, or other woven fabrics. In addition to their low temperature cure capabilities, DA 4080 prepregs have excellent flow to allow for vacuum bag cure conditions. DA 4080 is a one sided pre-impregnated system yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4082 is the same system except that both sides of the fabric are coated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepregs can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

PRF Composite Materials RP570 is a high performance formulated epoxy resin system with rapid Tg development enabling extremely short process times and excellent esthetic finish. A press tool held at constant temperature of 140°C can produce a part every 4 minutes ready for painting. RP-570 can be supplied on a variety of woven fabrics.

SWANCOR 2559 is a high Tg hot-melt epoxy resin. The formula does not contain Diuron and volatile ingredients. It has the characteristics of light weight, excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance and corrosion resistance.

APCM DA 4518U is a tough, versatile, modified epoxy resin system that cures at 250°F to 350°F. DA4518U can be supplied as a prepreg tape coated on unidirectional graphite.

CHS-EPOXY 525 is a BPA type.

APCM DA 4092 is modified epoxy pre-impregnated system which can cure at 250°F (121°C) for one hour. DA 4090 | DA 4092 can be supplied on any commercially available glass, Kevlar, or graphite fabric. DA 4090 is a one sided pre-impregnated fabric yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4092 is the same system where both sides of the fabric are pre-impregnated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepreg systems can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

MTC275 is an epoxy resin system designed to give excellent clarity and surface finish out of autoclave. It is a toughened epoxy resin system designed for component manufacturing that can be supplied on a variety of fabrics and in UD format to meet your cost and manufacturing requirements.

VisiJet M5-X is a strong, rigid material with a hybrid ABS/polypropylene-like performance-and-feel that makes brilliant white parts. This material makes bright white parts that look like they've been injection molded. Parts made from this material are rigid, making it an excellent fit for packaging products including bottles, household plastics, piping, valves and other parts that call for stiffness.

PRF Composite Materials RP549 is a highly toughened modified epoxy prepreg that has been specially formulated for the production of components requiring high mechanical properties and good impact resistance, particularly those exposed to elevated temperatures. This new system has an >200°C Tg following the 180°C cure cycle, and provides excellent mechanical properties in tensile, ILS and flexural strength. RP549 is now in manufacture on a range of our high quality woven fabrics.

ebalta 120/GL is a very low-viscous two-component epoxy resin with high strength values and fast curing. Due to its good soaking and wetting characteristics, this resin/hardener mixture is most suitable for solid parts with fabrics made of glass or carbon fibers. AH 120/GL is suitable as laminating resin for both large area- and thick laminates. Due to its almost odorless and skin-friendly GL hardener it is most suitable as laminating resin. With a mixing ratio of 100:40 you reach an about 15°C higher TG, slightly stiffer laminates as well as better impact resistance. The laminate thickness should not exceed 6-7 mm.

Duresco NU 463 V is a Glass fiber reinforced encapsulation epoxy molding compound with very good mechanical properties and excellent crack resistance.

APCM DA 409U/S2-glass is a tough, versatile, modified epoxy resin prepreg that cures at 250ºF. The S-2 glass is a Zentron High Strength fiber. Standard weight is 260g/m2 with a 38% resin content. Other weights and resin contents available upon request.

LTC216 Prepreg is designed to cure at low temperatures whilst giving the potential for high temperature tooling. Typical initial cure cycles are 40 hrs at 45°C or 16 hrs at 55°C, followed by a 200°C post cure. LTC216 can be supplied on a variety of fabrics to meet your cost and manufacturing requirements.

APCM DA 4518 is an epoxy prepreg designed for a temperature range of -67°F (-55°C) to 350°F (177°C), with a cure of 250°F (121°C) for one hour and or a cure of 350º F (177ºC) for 1 hour. This material needs to be post cure or cured to 350ºF to get the 350º properties.
