Crestomer® Advantage 30 Structural Adhesive is a white, high-performance structural adhesive offering the same advantages as Crestomer® 1151A but in a more convenient, pre-packed 380ml co-axial cartridge. It is particularly suitable for marine applications and has Lloyd's approval. The opaque white color of the adhesive blends well aesthetically with cosmetically sensitive applications.

Crestafix® 90-84PA Polyester Bonding Paste is a lightweight, low-exotherm, pre-accelerated orthophthalic polyester bonding paste. It is a non-sagging compound, designed for non-structural applications where gap-filling may be a secondary requirement. This product has been specifically designed to provide weight-saving properties and ease of application.

Crestabond® M1-02 Structural Adhesive is the latest addition to the Crestabond® range of primer-less structural adhesives. It is now the fastest-curing grade, with a 10:1 ratio option available. This product is developed for high-volume assembly of smaller parts, which must be ready to handle in under 3 minutes for cost-effective productivity.

This adhesive demonstrates excellent impact, peel, shear, compressive strength, and fatigue resistance properties across all bonded parts. Crestabond® is a primer-less MMA adhesive requiring minimal surface preparation, which helps reduce overall production costs and increase productivity. This product has a working time of 25 to 35 minutes.

Crestabond® PP-04 Structural Adhesive is designed to structurally bond low surface energy substrates such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and other difficult to bond plastics, commonly known as thermoplastic polyolefins (TPO). Such plastics repel rather than attract adhesion due to their non-polar, non-porous and chemically inert surfaces. Crestabond PP-04 will bond these materials without surface treatment.

Crestafix® 90-82PA Polyester Bonding Paste is a pre-accelerated polyester bonding paste. Its applications include panels, inserts, internal frames, ribs, composite constructions, and car body components. This product is a high productivity grade designed for use with narrow mixers that will dispense at a high flow rate while maintaining thixotropic properties upon vertical application.

Crestafix® B72R Bonding Paste is a polyester-based, MEKP catalysed core bedding compound, developed for both hand-layup and vacuum-bag core installation. Crestomer® 1186PA Structural Adhesive is a multi-purpose structural adhesive with exceptional adhesion to a wide range of metals, ceramics, and polymeric materials. In addition, it exhibits superior properties for impact resistance and resistance to crack propagation when compared to polyester bonding pastes. This product is pre-accelerated and maintains a high-strength structural bond even when used as a gap filler with non-slumping and low-odor properties. It has been certified by Lloyds.

Crestomer® 1196PA Structural Adhesive is a low-density, high-performance structural core adhesive with good gap-filling properties. This product is based on Scott Bader's innovative urethane acrylate technology and is used in sandwich construction where strong, tough, highly impact-resistant structures are required. Compared to other core bonding methods, this product has reduced print through, reduced weight, and outstanding adhesion. It has Lloyds' approval and can be used to bond many substrates. This product has been formulated to bond core materials such as rigid PVC foam and balsa to cured or semi-cured FRP skins. Using Crestomer® 1196PA gives a significantly tougher and more durable structural bond than a polyester resin/glass structure or polyester bonding adhesive. In addition, it provides significant weight savings, reduced styrene emissions, and greatly improved cosmetics with the elimination of core print-through.

Crestomer® 1152PA Structural Adhesive provides high performance and is designed for demanding applications. It creates tough bonds with greater movement and allows for significant time, cost, and weight savings. This product has reduced styrene emissions, and it greatly improves cosmetics. It can be used to bond many substrates and has certified approvals from Lloyds, DNV, and RINA.

Crestomer® 1151A Structural Adhesive has Lloyd's approval. This high-performance structural adhesive and filleting compound is specially designed for bulk applications with either a 10:1 catalyst ratio or a 50:1 catalyst ratio. It exhibits non-sagging and fast-gelling properties, enabling the user to work with bonded parts in 2 hours. Crestafix® 90-79PA Polyester Bonding Paste is a pre-accelerated orthopthalic polyester bonding paste. Such applications include panels, inserts, internal frames, ribs, and any other non-structural bonding applications.

Crestafix® 621CC 85 Bonding Paste is a pre-accelerated urethane acrylate/ isophthalic polyester high performance bonding paste. It is a non-sagging, filled compound, specifically designed for the assembly and bonding of GRP moldings. This highliy thixotropic polyester can also be used on timber and plasterboard.

Crestabond® M7-15 Structural Adhesive is a toughened, two-component 1:1 MMA structural adhesive that is designed for bonding a wide range of substrates, including metals, plastics, and composite materials in industrial applications. Crestomer® 1150PA is a two-part, pre-accelerated, highly thixotropic structural adhesive that is based on unsaturated urethane-acrylate in styrene monomer. It is used in many structural composite applications and has excellent adhesion to FRP laminates, core materials, wood, and some metals. This product can be used for bonding diesel tanks, contour joints in FRP components, building up damaged areas, and bonding "green" FRP.

It exhibits exceptional handling properties, especially on GRP and wood substrates. This product has been specifically designed for the assembly and bonding of GRP moldings such as panels, inserts, internal frames, ribs, and any other non-structural bonding applications. It is non-sagging and does not require resin additions.

NBR 3335 NT is essentially an acrylonitrile (31-35%) and 1,3-butadiene copolymer obtained by emulsion polymerization method with the use of fatty acid soaps as emulsifier in accordance with the ecologically clean technology. Medium content of acrylonitrile, heightened oil resistance.

BD3131 is a flexible, two component acrylic adhesive with incorporated spacer shim (0.030 inch) to maintain a uniform bond line thickness. Like other BD3000 acrylic adhesives, BD3131 is designed to efficiently transfer high loads and evenly distribute stresses.
