Finechem Technology FC 3112 friction improver of nano boron ceramic is a deep amber transparent oily liquid, which is made of nano calcium borate multi-effect agent, nano boron anti-friction ceramics and advanced synthetic ester. It belongs to the products of non-toxic, no phosphorus, low sulfur, low ash energy saving and emission reduction, having features of extraordinary antifriction and antiwear and fuel economy. After stand test, friction coefficient and wear spot are 20% less than that of traditional anti-friction, and the fuel saving ratio in internal combustion engine oil is 5%-7.5% (fuel-efficient of stand and is 2% and 4% respectively, which is the national promotion transport energy-saving products). Compared with traditional friction improver, FC3112 has lower cost and lighter color than that of organic molybdenum and nano copper, lower toxicity than that of thiophosphoryl compound, and more environmentally-friendly; it can not only have characteristics of high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance but can avoid competitive adsorption because the polarity is too strong, reduce the effect of original extreme pressure antiwear agent, while the fatty acid has no such characteristics.
