Emgard® are designed for highest protection from wear to the drive train. They provide maximum component life and allow the enhancement of service life. The drain intervals can be extended and the used oil disposal can be reduced. These fully synthetic axle oils provide measurable fuel savings and thus contribute to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Emgard® grades are high-performance lubes show superior performance at extreme temperatures from minus 40°C to plus 40°C. They have an extremely low pour point. Compared to conventional mineral-based oils BTC’s axle lubes show a significant improvement in heat management during operation. Our axle lubricants form a durable film which reduces wear and protects drive axles and manual transmissions against rust from moisture. Sludge is reduced due to outstanding oxidation and aging stability.

CALPAR™ paraffinic base stocks are produced exclusively by Calumet and manufactured using select paraffinic crude streams. This process offers the unique ability to produce paraffinic base stocks that meet currently established performance standards as well as standards to be developed in the future. Sasol Chemicals' ISOFOL Alcohols are primary, saturated alcohols with defined branching of the carbon chain. Such alcohols are chemically described as 2-alkyl-1-alkanols and also referred to as Guerbet alcohols. ISOFOL Alcohols are high purity alcohols which offer excellent oxidative and color stability. They are available with even carbon chain lengths of 12 to 28. Additionally, the twin 100% linear alkyl branches of the ISOFOL Alcohols give a lower viscosity and better biodegradability than dimer alcohols derived from oxoalcohols. The unique chemical structure of the ISOFOL Alcohols also provides good solubility and solvency. The various derivatives synthesized from ISOFOL Alcohols maintain many of the beneficial properties of the parent alcohol.

Metal Treatment MT-10 is a blend of highly refined oils and proprietary additives. MT-10® contains no solid lubricants, chlorinated solvents or phosphate compounds.

Irgamet® metal deactivators are yellow metal passivators. High synergism with Irganox® antioxidants gives superior oxidative stability of the fluid. Oil soluble and water soluble products are available. Several are FDA regulated for use inincidental food-contact applications.

The Hydrocal™ refining process selectively saturates large cyclical aromatic subgroups which result in the production of very highquality, stable base stocks. The HYDROCAL product line passes the IP 346 Standard and do not require labeling as carcinogenic under the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard. Further quality control practices that Calumet implements on crude oil selection and subsequent refining processes assure consistent uniformity and product performance.

LubND® oils are easily dissolved in solutions. LOW -TEMPERATURE LubND® naphthenic base oils are severely hydrotreated pale-colored oils made from crude oil distillates. LubND® naphthenic base oils have low paraffin content, low pour point, and good solvency. LubND® oils also provide better low-temperature performance than paraffinic oils, which makes them ideal for formulating hydraulic fluids and automatic transmission fluids (ATFs).

Pure Performance® Group II base oils are a comprehensive, superior solution to meet all your formulation needs. Refined by an advanced hydrocracking and catalytic dewaxing process in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility by Excel Paralubes, our Group II base oils are highly saturated and free of impurities. Superior viscosity control and reduced volatility provide better fuel economy and help lower lubricant consumption, while enhanced thermal and oxidation stability increases engine protection and helps extend the longevity of your lubricant.

Under the brand name of aramcoPRIMA, S-OIL produces 6 different products: 3 solvent-dewaxed products(aramcoPRIMA 100S, aramcoPRIMA 150S, aramcoPRIMA 500S) and 3 catalytic-dewaxed products(aramcoPRIMA 60, aramcoPRIMA 150, aramcoPRIMA 500). Especially, the catalytic-dewaxed base oil, with its superior properties such as low aromatic contents, high naphthene contents and high VI, is used to manufacture high quality lubricant product.

aramcoULTRA base oil is produced in 5 different viscosity grades: aramcoULTRA 2, aramcoULTRA 3, aramcoULTRA 4, aramcoULTRA 6 and aramcoULTRA 8. It is a highly purified product with extremely low unsaturated aromatic contents and impurity as well as superior NOACK, CCS quality. aramcoULTRA base oil, a high quality product acknowledged as 'synthetic oil' and a substitute for PAO(Poly-Alpha Olefin), is used to manufacture top-notch quality lubricant product.

Irgacor® corrosion inhibitors protect ferrous metals against rust and oxidation. In some cases, multi-metal protection is possible. Oil soluble and water soluble products are available, with low foaming tendency and excellent air release. Use of ashless corrosion inhibitors can also reduce heavy metal contamination of the environment. Many of the products are FDA (Food and Drug Regulation USA) regulated for use in incidental food-contact applications.
