THERMOSEAL® thermal insulation products are carefully formulated to withstand thermal expansion and contraction and have excellent thermal insulation properties, very low shrinkage, and high strength. Our refractory cements are available in thick paste or thick cement consistencies. Our refractory coatings come as paste or paint, and our refractory moldables are available as putty, mixes, or pastes.

20 Microns entered into the TiO2 space with its newest ultra-fine Buff Colored TiO2 branded “Glowtox”. It is a surface treated rutile Titanium Dioxide that is beige in color and offers comparable performance characteristics such as opacity to white titanium dioxide. It is a high purity micronized pigment and cost effective. In many products which require opacity and color but which do not have to be pure white, buff titanium dioxide can economically replace all or part of the titanium white or other expensive pigments that may be used. Glowtox Buff & BLK is a buff and dark gray color TiO2 and is in a pure rutile form. It has excellent stability which makes it ideal for use in high temperature applications. It can replace white TiO2 in darker shades and is recommended for use in variety of liquid epoxy coatings, sealants, underbody coating, epoxy grout, protective coating etc.

POLAROOF RAC is a single component urethane, modified with bright aluminum flakes and fire retardant chemicals. It is especially designed as a waterproofing membrane for all kinds of roofing. POLAROOF RAC is tough and elastic with a high tensile strength and good puncture resistance, and contains corrosion-inhibiting pigments for protection against rust and acid rain. POLAROOF RAC is approved by Underwriters Laboratories® (UL) and Factory Mutual Research Corporation® (FM).

GENIOSIL® XM range are monofunctional polymers that offer a wide range of adhesion and sealing options, even without the use of plasticizer. They are ideal for the formulation of soft yet highly elastic adhesives and sealants. The resultant product exhibits virtually universal, outstanding adhesion especially to many difficult, sometimes non-polar, substrates  in particular low-energy surfaces such as PVC, PS or EPDM.

HALOX® Corrosion Inhibitors are effective against flash rusting and in-can corrosion, though the benefits of using these products does not end there. Our HALOX® Corrosion Inhibitors are ideally suited for high gloss, thin film, and clear coat applications. They also provide superior synergy when used in combination with inorganic corrosion inhibitors in traditional coatings. To achieve desired performance of your resin system proper selection of HALOX® Inhibitors is essential.

Santicizer® Plasticizers offer all the benefits of high solvating plasticizers including compatibility in multiple polymer systems such as Polysulfide, PVC and Polyurethane. Because of their high efficiency, less energy is required to fuse PVC formulations. These materials are well suited for plastisol applications, but can easily be used in almost any polymer system that requires additional flexibility and softness.

It cures to form a tough, elastic, waterproof seal and may be incorporated into roofing specifications that provide roof protection of 10 and 20 years. ROOFDX SUPER contains corrosion-inhibiting pigments and will protect metals against rust and acid rain.

The VINNEVA® brand comprises a range of polymer-based dispersions for the modification of bitumen emulsions. The dispersions are usually post-added to the bitumen emulsions.

IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.
