Portaflame® SG 30 LV is produced from carefully selected synthetic aluminum hydroxide (ATH). The standardized quality of Portaflame® SG 30 LV is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. The chemical composition of the raw material and the finished product is closely monitored, and the particle size is kept within a narrow variation. Portaflame® SG 30 LV is a "low viscosity" optimized grade with an exceptional low oil absorption value, giving the formulator the opportunity to achieve higher loading levels. Portaflame® SG 30 LV makes formulations that are flame retardant.

Micron Silica 100S is a uniquely designed product with uniform size and engineered particle size distribution to achieve excellent flowability with better durability in floor coating to self leveling application. It helps in uniform spreading of for floor coating material with less resin consumption due to elimination of dust particles from the product.

The Sunspheres™ 200 Nm ST- 3 are surface treated*, optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for optimum dispersion in coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. Cured films show enhanced physical and mechanical properties including increased corrosion resistance, reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, and enhanced surface qualities such as mar and scratch resistance. This product is particularly useful in improving impact resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from 50 to 500 nm.

Sunspacers™ 04.X are finely divided, optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica micronized powders. This product is specially engineered for paints, liquid and powder coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These micronized powders increase corrosion resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion, and enhance surface qualities including abrasion, mar and scratch resistance. Sunspacers™ 04.X have a median particle size of approximately 3-4 microns, with a particle size range of 0.5 microns to 13 microns.

West System 404-45 High-Density Adhesive Filler, 43 oz is an epoxy thickening additive. We developed it for maximum physical adhesive properties in hardware bonding, or anywhere that high-cyclic loads are anticipated. Blended with epoxy, it makes an excellent gap filler or structural filets. Use this filler wherever you need an especially strong bond. You can blend it into any WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin/20X Hardener combination, G/flex Epoxy 650, or G/5 Five-Minute Adhesive.

West System 407-B Low-Density, 14 lb is a blended microballoon-based fairing filler for WEST SYSTEM Epoxy. Add 407 to a mixture of epoxy resin/hardener to create a fairing putty. It’s easy to sand or carve this putty once it has cured. The filler is reasonably strong on a strength-to-weight basis. You can blend it into any WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin/20X Hardener combination, G/flex Epoxy 650, or G/5 Five-Minute Adhesive. Blended with epoxy to a “peanut butter” consistency, it will be easy to fair. The higher the percentage of 407 in your epoxy mix, the easier it will be to fair. Cures to a dark red/brown color.

Geotex® FXZ is a high purity, granular calcium carbonate produced from a high brightness marble deposit in Georgia with a controlled particle distribution. FXZ can be used as a texturizing agent in coatings, plaster, EIFS, as an abrasive in many applications and as a filler in PVC flooring. The marble crystal structure is useful in recirculation drilling fluids.

Quarzsand is for industrial use, mighty, workable silica sand deposits are of decisive importance. Nevertheless, chemical purity and constancy are not enough in order to apply silica directly as a raw material. In Quarzwerke plants silica sands are thoroughly prepared. The raw material has to pass exten-sive cleaning-, classification-, drying- and iron-free grinding processes in order to produce silica sands, flours and powders. For the production of silica flours and -powders with a defined grain size distribution separation processes are required in addition to iron-free grinding. Quarzwerke are able to produce silica powders with grain sizes down to 1 μm due to a fine-tuned combination of grind- and classification technology. Another refining step is the surface-treatment with silanes or silan-based substances which can be adjusted to the respective application.

West System 410-B Microlight, 4 lb is the ideal low-density filler for creating a light, easily-worked fairing compound especially suited for fairing large areas. Microlight mixes with greater ease than 407 Low-Density filler or microballoons and is approximately 30% easier to sand. It feathers to a fine edge and is also more economical for large fairing jobs. Not recommended under dark paint or other surfaces subject to high temperatures. Cures to a tan color. When West System® epoxy is thickened to a peanut butter consistency with Microlight™, the cured product sands and carves like basswood.

Boud Minerals Feldspar FF20 is milled, crystalline anhydrous sodium potassium aluminum silicate.

Boud Minerals Calcined Flint Minigrain is an acid insoluble filler / aggregate obtained by calcining gray flints.

Vermicular products are produced from specially selected vermiculite, which is colored to give a wide range of decorative effects. Solospheres® S-45 Solid Spheres are semi-solid ceramic microspheres. They are an excellent choice for applications requiring high strength, high temperature, and corrosion resistance. Solospheres® spherical morphology are shear thinning in liquid applications allowing formulator to reduce the VOC’s and increase filler loading. Solospheres® can easily disperse in a high intensity mixing or dispersion system in plastics.

Ziegler & Co. Naturprodukte MicaCelia is due to its high lamellarity and purity a very special functional filler. The finely tuned process of selection, grinding and classification guarantees a high aspect ratio and highest purity. As a natural silica, MicaCelia is chemically inert, resistent to most acids and oxidation, unsoluble in water and has a high temperature resistance. MicaCelia as a very pure muscovite mica exhibiting excellent electrical insulation properties. MicaCelia acts as a functional filler in anticorosion paints and in wall coatings and textured finishes, both for crack control and gloss control. Its lamellar structure allows to improve application of the coatings and their adhesion.

Weisser Quarz (White silica) is silica which has slightly been calcined. The silica core is covered by a cristobalite shell. For this reason White silica has the stability of silica but also the high whiteness of cristobalite. Furthermore the grain surface is only slightly chapped

West System 407-15 Low-Density, 12 oz is a blended microballoon-based fairing filler for WEST SYSTEM Epoxy. Add 407 to a mixture of epoxy resin/hardener to create a fairing putty. It’s easy to sand or carve this putty once it has cured. The filler is reasonably strong on a strength-to-weight basis. Dolkron® 1 is a calcium magnesium carbonate dolomite filler, with great whiteness to be used in the industry of paints, coatings, fertilizers, molds, ceramic flooring, and agriculture. It has an ignition index of 47'2-%, a moisture content of 0'05%, and an HCI soluble amount of 0'20%.

SafSil® CT450 are high performance functional fillers that contain less than 0.1 % respirable crystalline silica and are commonly used in both water and solvent-based paints and coatings. SafSil® may be used successfully to replace many common fillers such as ground silica, nepheline syenite, calcium carbonate, and talc.
