It has a UL94V0 at 0.30mm and 5VA at 2.0mm flame rating, making it a good candidate for a variety of applications needing a sustainable FR PBT solution.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX2244ME is a polycarbonate/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC/ABS) blend that is injection moldable, high flow, and non-chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0 at 0.75 mm and a 5VB at 1.5 mm flame rating. This grade offers improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good choice for thin-wall applications and hospital/medical equipment.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2120 is a high-flow, 10% glass fiber-reinforced polyetherimide resin. This material is RoHS compliant, intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers, and offers UL94 V0 at over 0.5 mm. It offers excellent dimensional stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance at high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This material is opaque and can be custom colored. SABIC offers renewable bio-based solutions certified by ISCC+ for this grade, which are available through differentiated color nomenclature.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ STAT-LOY™ N30009 compound is based on Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend containing proprietary fillers. Added features of this grade include: Permanently Anti-Static, Flame Retardant.

LNP COLORCOMP EX14001 compound is based on unfilled Polyetherimide (PEI) resin. Added features of this grade include: Easy Molding.

SABIC's Specialties Business EXL9330 is an opaque (PC)- siloxane copolymer resin that offers extreme low temperature (-60 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability. This UV stabilized, medium flow resin features UL f1/V-0/5VA rating with non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant agents for wide range of colors. EXL9330 is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications such as mobile phones, tablets, industrial housings, electric circuit protection, personal safety helmets, electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) housings and connectors.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP STAT-KON MD000 compound is based on Polypropylene (PP) resin containing conductive carbon powder. Added features of this grade include: Electrically Conductive. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.
