LNP LUBRICOMP DFP34 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing 20% glass fiber, 15% PTFE/silicone. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2210R is a 20% Glass fiber filled, enhanced flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217°C) with internal mold release. ECO Conforming, UL94 V0 and 5VA listing. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

LNP LUBRICOMP KL004A compound is based on Acetal (POM) Homopolymer resin containing 20% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

LNP LUBRICOMP ZL003 compound is based on Polyphenylene Ether / Polystyrene (PPE/PS) blend containing 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

LNP THERMOCOMP AF003 compound is based on Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) resin containing 15% glass fiber.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010R is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg of 217°C), improved flow and it contains internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS compliant. SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX2244ME is a polycarbonate/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC/ABS) blend that is injection moldable, high flow, and non-chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0 at 0.75 mm and a 5VB at 1.5 mm flame rating. This grade offers improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good choice for thin-wall applications and hospital/medical equipment.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240U Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated UV stabilized flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

LNP COLORCOMP EX14001 compound is based on unfilled Polyetherimide (PEI) resin. Added features of this grade include: Easy Molding.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ Copolymer CFR7431 is a non-filled, injection-moldable resin with a UL-94 V0 rating at 1.2 mm and a 5VA rating at 3.0 mm. It is also chlorinated, brominated, flame retardant, and UV stabilized (F1 rating) for additional weathering capability. Available in both clear transparent and tinted color options, this resin is an excellent choice for a wide range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN LUX7430C Polycarbonate (PC) resin is a non-filled, injection moldable grade. This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC has an UL-94 V0 rating at 1.2 mm / 5VA rating at 3.0mm and is UV stabilized(F1 rating) providing additional weathering capability. LEXAN LUX7430C is available in clear transparent and tinted color options that is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business VALOX™ FR Resin ENH4550 is a 25% glass-reinforced, non-chlorinated/brominated, flame-retardant polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) injection-moldable grade with excellent chemical resistance. It has a UL94V0 at 0.30mm and 5VA at 2.0mm flame rating, making it a good candidate for a variety of applications needing a sustainable FR PBT solution.

SABIC's Specialties Business EXL9330 is an opaque (PC)- siloxane copolymer resin that offers extreme low temperature (-60 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability. This UV stabilized, medium flow resin features UL f1/V-0/5VA rating with non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant agents for wide range of colors. EXL9330 is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications such as mobile phones, tablets, industrial housings, electric circuit protection, personal safety helmets, electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) housings and connectors.
