PTFE is well known for its chemical resistance, not aging, non stick, self-lubrication, insulation and wide working temperature range from -180°C to +260°C. Because of these excellent properties, PTFE has a wide application in fields of chemical, mechanical, electronics, medical and aviation, etc.

Due to its good thermal and mechanical properties, this semi-crystalline material belongs to the polymer group of engineering plastics. It has a high surface hardness and good sliding and wear behavior. Since POM belongs to the group of short-chip materials, machining is significantly simplified when compared to similar plastic materials.

Stretch-Vac™ is a red tinted, transparent, heat stabilized, blown modified Nylon 6 vacuum bagging film. It is recommended for vacuum bagging applications up to 400°F (204°C).

GreenTEC Pro Carbon is a biopolymer made from renewable resources with10% carbon fiber. The material offers high rigidity, very good mechanical properties and an increased temperature resistance. In addition, the raw material is approved according to the REACH- and RoHS-Standards.

Polyphenylensulfone is an amorphous material, with improved impact and hydrolysis resistance compared to PSU. This amber-colored, transparent material is usually used in a black color, which is why we only offer it in this color version so far. The usual operating temperature is approx. +170 °C. The extremely high notch impact strength remains also after a heat aging.

Polyimide (PI) is a group of high performing polymers known for their exceptional chemical, thermal, and mechanical performance properties. These materials demonstrate exceptional thermal stability in high and low temperatures and are extremely flame resistant. PI Glide™, our PI / PTFE composite, is a high lubricity polyimide blend for applications that require lower surface friction yet do not require the performance of pure PTFE. PI Glide™ maintains broad chemical resistance and good dielectric properties in addition to its reduced coefficient of friction. PI Glide™ is available in tubing and as a coating for over-the-wire (OTW, insulated wire) applications. For insulated wire, PI Glide™ provides a low-friction wire for easier deployment or insertion into tubing. With PI Glide™ tubing, inside diameters offer low resistance to inserted devices or tools (pushability) while the outside remains bondable without etching. PI Glide™ can also be produced in a layered composite construction with our conventional polyimide or with PI Glide™ alone. Composite layering polyimide and PI Glide™ allows users to further tailor polyimide tubing or coating properties.

This amber-colored, transparent material belongs to the group of amorphous high-performance plastics. Polysulfone has a good heat deflection temperature and heat aging resistance (-100 °C to +160 °C). In addition, this material has a high hardness and strength, very good hydrolytic stability and high radiation resistance (permeable to microwaves up to 2.45 GHz). PSU also has high dimensional stability and resistance to β- and γ-, X-rays and infrared rays. However, PSU is not UV stable and notch sensitive.

Styrene-butadiene block copolymers are polymerized in solution and present different structures, linear, radial and multiarm. They are free flowing materials that show different viscosities to adapt their properties to the multiple applications where they can be used in. Lower linear molecular weight grades offer very good flowability, are appreciated for their transparency and easy processability. Radial grades show higher melt strength, and offer higher mechanical properties with a high modification performance. Multiarm grades show a combination of low viscosity with temperature resistance.
