Kettlitz-Dispergator DS is a dispersing agent improving flow and extrusion properties of rubber compounds. The material, based on a water-in-oil emulsion of higher alcohols, esters and aliphatic fatty acids, is recommended to be used in EPDM and EPM, in NBR and butyl rubber compounds.

Sylvin Technologies Sylvin™ 5132-75UV Clear Green 3182 is a clear vinyl compound formulated for wire insulating applications such as speaker wire, booster cable, and extruded tubing. This compound contains an ultra violet stabilizer.

The product can be subject to color variations due to raw materials, but these color variations have no influence on the quality and the properties of the product. Seal porous mold surfaces first (ebalta mold sealer). For optimum mold releasing we recommend a special release agent (like T1-1), which can be applied easily with a brush or be sprayed. Releasing of the mold 2-3 times, evaporate for about 20 min. after each releasing.
