MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 4915/500 MR15 is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer with 15% talcum as a filler/additive system. It has high heat stabilization, processing stabilization, and easy release (demolding) characteristics. The melting temperature for injection molding is 200-250°C and the mold temperature is 20-70°C. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® NXT PP -H A 2330/456.02 GF20 GB10 CP is a polypropylene homopolymer with 20% glass fibers and 10% glass beads that is chemically coupled, high heat stabilized, high stiffness, low emission, and heat stabilized. It is suitable for pre-drying conditions in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours and in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours. It can be processed using injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. This material is suitable for automotive applications such as clothing/fasteners and functional components.

Pre-drying conditions should be at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h, depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. For injection molding, it should be used with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA66 FC 3030/520.01 GB30 UV is a heat stabilized, injection molding grade polyamide 66 with 30% glass beads, designed for applications in the food contact industry such as domestic appliances, clothing/fasteners, and various others. Pre-drying conditions for this product require 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. For processing injection molding, a melt temperature of 280-300°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C should be used. Additionally, this product features easy release (demolding).
