SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ GFN1720 resin is a 20% glass fiber reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade was developed for high heat applications and exhibits a good balance of heat resistance, strrength, and electrical performance. NORYL™ GFN1720 resin is an excellent candidate for applications requirinng electrically insulating properties, such as ignition coils and bobbins. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. ELASTOSIL® LR 3153 A/B is a liquid, solvent-free silicone rubber designed for coatings on textile-braided cables and a primer for bonding silicone rubber on PEX surfaces. The product has good adhesion to glass fiber and common textiles. It provides a glossy surface and may be diluted with Isopar E or other aliphatic hydrocarbons.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 4815/510 MR15 IM is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer that is processed by injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. It contains 15% chalk and has special features such as impact modification, injection molding grade, heat stabilization, easy release (demolding), and processing stabilization. It is used in electrical and electronic, automotive, and other applications such as electrical components, interior decoration/finishing, clothing/fasteners, functional components, fixing elements, and housings.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 1000/140 FR GY1071-14LS is a polypropylene homopolymer with a filler/additive system of laser optimization and special features of laser etchable (dark etching), processing stabilized, easy release (demolding), and heat stabilized. It is suitable for electrical and electronic applications such as injection molded parts, clothing/fasteners, and electrical components and is commonly used for functional components and housings.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 4915/500 MR15 is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer with 15% talcum as a filler/additive system. It has high heat stabilization, processing stabilization, and easy release (demolding) characteristics. The melting temperature for injection molding is 200-250°C and the mold temperature is 20-70°C. This material is suitable for automotive, building and construction market segments with typical applications such as housings, fixing elements, functional components and interior decoration/finishing, gardening tools, clothing/fasteners and exterior parts. To ensure optimum performance, it should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® MS PP 4920 GY1233-20 is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer with 20% talcum as a filler/additive system. It is heat stabilized, scratch resistant, UV stabilized, and impact modified, making it suitable for automotive applications such as housings and fasteners. For optimal results, it should be pre-dried before processing. Injection molding should be used to process it, with a melt temperature of 200-270°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 B 2015/100 GF15 is a polyamide 6-based product with 15% glass fibers, heat and processing stabilized, and easy release (demolding). It is suitable for building and construction, machinery, clothing/fasteners, and injection-molded parts applications. Pre-drying conditions must be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h depending on moisture content with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. Processing temperature for injection molding should be between 270-290°C, mold temperature should be between 80-100°C, and it should be protected from light and stored at temperatures below 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 4920/107 MR20 is a polypropylene homopolymer that is processing stabilized, easy to release (demolding), heat stabilized, and is typically used for functional components, housings, injection molded parts, interior decoration/finishing, clothing/fasteners in the automotive, electrical, and electronic market segments.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® MS PP 4920 BK1248-20 is a Polypropylene Heterophasic Copolymer containing 20% talcum, which is heat stabilized, scratch resistant, UV stabilized, and impact modified. It is suitable for use in Automotive applications such as housings and clothing/fasteners. Pre-drying should be done in an air circulating dryer at 60-90°C for 2-4 hours, or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 60-90°C for 2-4 hours depending on moisture content. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be set at 200-270°C and mold temperature at 20-70°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/566 is a high heat stabilized, low gloss Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer suitable for injection molded parts, clothing, and fasteners in the automotive market. Pre-drying conditions include 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours and 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.20%. The melt and mold temperatures for processing injection molding should be 200-240°C and 50-80°C respectively. Care should be taken to ensure that the temperature is not exceeded during processing.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H B 4030/507 TV30 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer with a mineral filler/additive system that is UV stabilized, has easy release (demolding), processing stabilized, and heat stabilized properties. It is suitable for use in the Automotive market segment and is ideal for applications such as fixtures/fittings, exterior injection molded parts, and interior decoration/finishing. Typical applications include functional components, fixing elements, clothing/fasteners, and housings.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 2030/150 GF30 CP is a heterophasic copolymer made of polypropylene and 30% glass fibers, coupled together chemically and easy to remove. It is heat and processing stable, and is suitable for injection molding with melt temperatures of 200-250°C and mold temperatures of 20-70°C. It is most commonly used for automotive purposes such as functional components, powertrain parts, housings, fixing elements, interior and exterior decoration and finishing. To ensure optimal results, it should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer or air circulating dryer at temperatures of 80-120°C for 2-4 hours.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 B 2030/500 GF30 is a polyamide 6-based polymer with a 30% glass fiber filler/additive system. It is glycol, hot oil, and chemically resistant, has good flow, easy release properties, and is highly heat stabilized. This polymer is suitable for automotive, building and construction, and machinery applications, and can be used in the manufacturing of engine and drive systems, injection molded parts, clothing/fasteners, and exterior parts. Typical applications include different automotive powertrain parts, oil pans/sumps, and functional components, as well as housings.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PBT+ASA A 4212/507 MR/GF12 is a polybutylene terephthalate + acrylonitrile styrene acrylate with 12% glass fiber/mineral filler/additive system. It is pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 90-115°C for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.04%. During injection molding, the melt temperature should be set between 250-280°C and the mold temperature between 60-100°C. This material has low warpage, easy flow, impact modified, and heat stabilized properties, making it suitable for interior decoration/finishing, clothing/fasteners, and various other applications.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/667 is a Base Polymer made of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer that features improved surface, low gloss, and heat stabilization. It is used in the Automotive Market Segment for injection molded parts and clothing/fasteners. Pre-drying Conditions require 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 h and 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 h, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.20%. For Processing Injection molding, a melt temperature between 200-240°C and a mold temperature between 50-80°C is recommended. Additionally, it should be stored dry and protected from light, not exceeding 30°C.

It is heat and processing stabilized, making it suitable for injection molding with melt temperatures between 250-270°C and mold temperatures between 40-80°C. This polymer is suitable for use in the automotive, machinery, building and construction, and sport and leisure markets. It can be used for injection molded parts, clothing/fasteners, and for housings and functional components.
