Clinton 131 Corn Starch #028131 is an enzyme-converting starch containing an effective buffer system for optimum pH control that helps maintain efficient utilization of the enzyme during the conversion process. For surface sizing operations, the enzyme-converted starch pastes are translucent and white and can be readily diluted to any desired concentration at the size press to produce the needed viscosity.
