AIREX® C70 is a closed cell, cross-linked polymer foam that combines excellent stiffness and strength to weight ratios with superior toughness. It is non-friable, contains no CFC’s, has negligible water absorption, and provides an excellent resistance to chemicals. The fine cell structure offers an excellent bonding surface. Compatible with most resins and manufacturing processes AIREX® C70 is ideally suited as a core material for a wide variety of sandwich structures subjected to both static and dynamic loads. Thanks to its unique lightness (properties vs. density) C70 is the material of choice for applications where lightweight is a priority.

GMS Composites EP – 620 prepreg is a special epoxy resin matrix system with long shelf life and high elongation. EP-620 is designed for composite applications requiring high energy absorption and impact resistance. The product has a versatile curing cycle from as low as 80°C or as high as 150°C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-620 is available in a range of substrates such as carbon, aramid, s-glass, polyethylene or e-glass. The prepreg has good flow and the tack of EP-620 can be varied.

GMS Composites EP – 290 is a nano-toughened epoxy resin matrix prepreg with long shelf life. The product has a versatile curing cycle from 100°C or as high as 150°C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-290 is available in a range of substrates such as carbon, glass or aramid. This nano-toughened system has outstanding fracture properties and resistance to microcracking. The prepreg has good flow and is of medium tack.

HexTow® AS4A carbon fiber is a continuous, high strength, high strain, PAN based fiber available in 12,000 (12K) filament count tows. This fiber has been surface treated and can be sized to improve its interlaminar shear properties, handling characteristics, and structural properties, and is suggested for use in prepregging, filament winding, braiding, and pultrusion.

Norsodyne® PT-207 - terephthalic resin for pultrusion. Main applications areas are building and construction, industrial sector etc.

NORSODYNE® R 26391 T - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Ortophthalic-Neopentylic. It is used to produce relining,cipp,pipes and tanks.

NORSODYNE® H 13239 - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Orthophthalic. It is used to produce pipes and tanks through hand lay up and spray up,filament winding method.

DISTITRON® 110 SXZ - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,DCPD. It is used to produce reinforced plastics,general purpose through hand lay up and spray up method.

ArmorFlex® 99F gel coats are advanced technology polyesters that have been formulated for the fiberglass industry. ArmorFlex® 99F gel coats have lower volatile organic compounds (VOC’s) than standard gel coats.

HexTow® 85 carbon fiber is a continuous, PAN based fiber available in 24,000 (24K) filament count tows. This fiber was developed specifically as a cost-effective replacement of rayon-based carbon fiber for ablative applications. The method in which it is processed results in a PAN-based carbon fiber that delivers equivalent strength and ablative performance to traditional rayon-based carbon fiber in carbon-carbon composite structures. Composite and carbon-carbon ablative data are currently being generated to compare HexTow® 85 performance to historical rayon databases. HexTow® 85 is manufactured in the United States from U.S.-produced PAN precursor, ensuring a reliable supply chain for ablative materials used on US military applications.

3B Fiberglass MF 01 ER are E-CR glass filaments ground to a specified density. MF 01 ER is designed to reinforce products like thermoplastics, thermoset resins, glues, coatings, and adhesives within a large range of applications and markets.MF 01 ER represents a main improvement compared to minerals when aiming for a higher stiffness and/or better impact properties in combination with specific properties, such as flow enhancement, flame retardancy, uniform isotropic shrinkage, resistance to acid environment, coating stability, etc. MF 01 ER can be collocated in between mineral fillers and most com-monly available milled fibers as it dis-plays an intermediate length/diameter aspect ratio. The product comes in a powdery form that provides both improved flowability/handling and low density.
