Genable® 3001 dispersion consists of graphene nanoplatelets stabilized in epoxy resin (EEW = 250g/eq.). The graphene nanoplatelets are a synthesized form of graphene produced by a patented process. A formulation-ready Genable® epoxy resin, Genable® 3001 dispersion has been developed to enhance the anti-corrosion performance of coatings on steel substrates by the use of a patented active, non-metallic anti-corrosion additive.

CARDAMINE H 658 is one of a series of specially formulated phenalkamine curing agents developed for use with liquid and solid epoxy resins. This grade is solvent free. CARDAMINE H658 is characterized by good reactivity and tolerant mix ratio, excellent hydrophobic character and subsequent corrosion resistance, good cure at low temperature and under adverse conditions with a high degree of flexibility and toughness.

Prolink PLR 23 ProLink Pacific Resin is a high performance, durable system with excellent resistance to yellowing caused by UV degradation. This system can be used as a substitute for any standard epoxy system. The system will cure at ambient temperature, but for use in thin films, allow the mixed system to sit until approximately 90°F before being spread thin. Curing at elevated temperatures or allowing long post-cures could also be used to achieve adequate working time.

NEVOXY® EPX-L2 is a low molecular weight, methyl styrenated phenol liquid hydrocarbon resin produced by catalytic polymerization of petroleum derived feedstocks.

INHIBISPHERES® M is porous silica particles containing encapsulated corrosion inhibitors. INHIBISPHERES® M is metal-free. Low levels of INHIBISPHERES® M give superior performance when compared to traditional corrosion inhibitors on steel.

Also, this grade is a non-toxic alternative to CARDAMINE H640. CARDAMINE H740 is characterized by good reactivity and tolerant mix ratio, excellent hydrophobic character and subsequent corrosion resistance, good cure at low temperature and under adverse conditions with a high degree of flexibility and toughness.

This grade is solvent free although solution versions are available for ease of handling. CARDAMINE H641 is characterized by tolerant mix ratio, excellent hydrophobic character and subsequent corrosion resistance, good cure at low temperature and under adverse conditions with a high degree of flexibility and toughness.
