Sunspheres™ 200 Nm are optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for use in a wide variety of coatings, inks, adhesives, powder coatings, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These sub-micron sized spheres can be used to improve physical and mechanical properties including reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, impact resistance, and enhanced surface qualities such as hardness, mar and scratch resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from about 50 nm to 500 nm.

Micron Silica 100S is a uniquely designed product with uniform size and engineered particle size distribution to achieve excellent flowability with better durability in floor coating to self leveling application. It helps in uniform spreading of for floor coating material with less resin consumption due to elimination of dust particles from the product.

Sunspacers™ 04.X are finely divided, optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica micronized powders. This product is specially engineered for paints, liquid and powder coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These micronized powders increase corrosion resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion, and enhance surface qualities including abrasion, mar and scratch resistance. Sunspacers™ 04.X have a median particle size of approximately 3-4 microns, with a particle size range of 0.5 microns to 13 microns.

Quarzwerke MinMix fillers are made from high-quality industrially washed and processed raw materials. They are homogeneous special mixtures for the production of reaction resin bonded filling compounds. Thanks to the optimized combination of grain fractions based on different raw materials and additives they offer excellent processing properties. Simultaneously the binder quantity is reduced. The maximum filling degree and the curing time depend on the used resin system. Depending on the layer thickness of the product, whether smooth pigmented or sprinkled with colored silica, the resin-filler-ratio can be adjusted at 1:2 to approx. 1:3.

Boud Minerals Feldspar FF20 is milled, crystalline anhydrous sodium potassium aluminum silicate.

SafSil® CT450 are high performance functional fillers that contain less than 0.1 % respirable crystalline silica and are commonly used in both water and solvent-based paints and coatings. SafSil® may be used successfully to replace many common fillers such as ground silica, nepheline syenite, calcium carbonate, and talc.
