Modaflow® 2100 is an acrylic flow modifier, without silicone addition. It improves flow and leveling, reduces pinholes, fish eyes, craters, and orange peels, improves substrate wetting, aids in air release, and facilitates pigment dispersion.
Modaflow® 9200 is an acrylic flow modifier, without silicone addition. It improves flow and leveling, substrate wetting, or maintains high gloss and substrate and inter-coat adhesion, and facilitates pigment dispersion.
MODAFLOW® Resin is an acrylic flow modifier without silicone addition. It is used in non-aqueous industrial coatings and powder coatings to improve flow and leveling, reduce pinholes, fisheyes, craters, and orange peel; and to improve substrate wetting. This product also helps maintain or improve substrate adhesion, to defoam and aid in air release, and to facilitate pigment dispersion.
EBECRYL 303 is a polymeric resin diluted 45% with the monomer 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA)(1). This material is designed to be used alone or in combination with other UV/EB curable oligomers to provide improved adhesion of inks and coatings on plastic substrates.

Hostavin® 3212 LIQ is a 2:1 synergistic mixture of an oxalanilide based UV absorber with a low molecular weight HALS.
EBECRYL® 350 is a silicone diacrylate that improves slip, substrate wetting, and coating flow and leveling when used as an additive in formulations cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB). Cured films containing EBECRYL® 350 will exhibit a smooth, tack free surface, with good blocking resistance. Because of its acrylate functionality, the silicone cures into the polymeric backbone, thus eliminating the migration that free silicones often display in coatings. EBECRYL® 350 is recommended for use in: overprint varnishes, clear coatings on paper, plastics and metal, and release coatings.
EBECRYL® 168 is an acidic methacrylate adhesion promoter designed as an additive for ultraviolet (UV) and electron beam (EB) curable coatings on metal. It is recommended for use in: general metal coatings and primers, coatings for galvanized pipe and tube, coil coatings, solder resist formulations.
EBECRYL® LED 02
EBECRYL® LED 02, a mercapto modified polyester acrylate resin, can be added as a co-resin to UV curable formulations. EBECRYL® LED 02 transforms formulations into UV LED, UVA, or low energy curable systems by providing better surface cure. In addition, this co-resin can also be used to obtain better surface cure in high energy cure formulations. EBECRYL® LED 02 provides better surface cure by mitigating oxygen inhibition of the free radical process.
EBECRYL® 8402 is a low viscosity aliphatic urethane diacrylate. Films cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit good flexibility, toughness and excellent exterior durability. Low viscosity coatings or enhanced performance via increased oligomer content are possible. It is recommended for use in: coatings for wood, coatings for plastics, flexographic inks, screen inks, and exterior durable coatings.

Ebecryl® 8465 is a clear liquid undiluted aliphatic urethane triacrylate oligomer. Films of Ebecryl® 8465 cured by UV or EB exhibit excellent exterior durability, toughness and good flexibility, as well as the non-yellowing properties typical of an aliphatic urethane. It is recommended for use in coatings for wood and plastics requiring excellent exterior durability.
EBECRYL® 8210 is an aliphatic urethane acrylate that exhibits low viscosity and high reactivity in ultraviolet (UV) light or electron beam (EB) curable coatings. Cured films of EBECRYL® 8210 demonstrate high hardness with good scratch, abrasion and chemical resistance. EBECRYL® 8210 is recommended for: coatings requiring high scratch/abrasion resistance and improved adhesion, a modifying oligomer to increase cure speed, solvent resistance and abrasion resistance, and dual cure coating systems.
EBECRYL® 7100 is an acrylate functional oligomeric amine resin generally used as an additive or diluent for more viscous oligomers. When used in formulations with a photoabstraction type photoinitiator (e.g. Benzophenone), EBECRYL 7100 has an accelerating effect on the UV cure speed. EBECRYL 7100 also promotes adhesion to plastic substrates such as polyester, ABS, polycarbonate and polypropylene oxide. It is recommended for use in: adhesives and coatings for plastics, clear coatings for paper, screen ink vehicles, metal decorating inks and coatings, wood fillers and coatings, lowering viscosities of other resin systems, and accelerating UV cure response.
EBECRYL® 160 is a reactive diluent commonly used in ultraviolet light (UV) and electron beam (EB) energy curable coatings and inks. It can be used to impart crosslinking to energy curable coatings and inks while maintaining a degree of flexibility and toughness. Of the common triacrylate diluents used in energy curable formulations, EBECRYL® 160 exhibits the highest reactivity and the greatest viscosity reduction of oligomers. EBECRYL® 160 is a reactive diluent compatible with a wide range of acrylated resins used in UV/EB curing applications. Hardness, abrasion resistance, and high gloss properties make EBECRYL®160 popular for overprint varnishes, inks, coatings and electronic applications such as photoresists.
EBECRYL 1200 is an acrylate functional acrylic resin supplied in 45% by weight of butyl acetate. Upon evaporation of the solvent, films of EBECRYL 1200 are physically dry and tack-free and after UV/EB curing are hard and chemical resistant without embrittlement. The viscosity and cured properties can be adjusted with the addition of reactive diluents such as 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA), isobornyl acrylate (IBOA), trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA), and tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA). A suitable photoinitiator must be added for polymerization with UV energy.
UCECOAT® 7510 is a Sn-free, VOC free, aliphatic polyurethane acrylate dispersion. It is a robust and versatile resin ideally suited for energy curable industrial coatings applied by spray, curtain or roller coating. UCECOAT® 7510 can be used as the sole formulation resin or in combination with other water-borne resins.
EBECRYL® P115 is a copolymerizable amine used as a hydrogen donor, or photoactivator, in ultraviolet light (UV) curable coatings and inks. When used in formulations in combination with a photosensitizer (e.g. ADDITOL® BP), EBECRYL® P115 provides rapid UV cure response in air by mitigating the effects of oxygen inhibition at the coating or ink surface. It has recommended levels are from 5 to 15% based on the total formulation, usually combined with 3-5% photosensitizer.
UUCECOAT 7674 is an acrylated polyurethane dispersion in water designed for waterborne UV/EB curable coatings. UCECOAT 7674 is anionic in nature, making it compatible with water without any external emulsifier. Due to the presence of these ionic groups, it is not stable under acidic conditions. UCECOAT 7674 contains no co-solvent. UCECOAT 7674 exhibits outstanding wetting of wood surfaces, imparting warmth and richness to the appearance of the wood. UCECOAT 7674 provides hardness in the polymerized coating along with good stain and chemical resistance.
Omnirad 184 is a highly efficient non-yellowing photoinitiator used to initiate the photo polymerization of chemically unsaturated prepolymers – e.g., acrylates – in combination with mono- or multifunctional vinyl monomers.
EBECRYL® 8413 is designed as the pigment grind oligomer, for UV thermoformable ink applications, and should be used in conjunction with the letdown oligomer, EBECRYL® 1300. When used together with EBECRYL® 1300, non-blocking thermoformable inks can be developed. These thermoformable inks demonstrate scratch and temperature resistance, as well as excellent adhesion to a variety of plastic substrates without the necessity of corona discharge or flame pretreatment.
EBECRYL® 870 is a fatty acid modified polyester hexaacrylate. Because of the special structure of the backbone and the high acrylic functionality, EBECRYL® 870 provides the proper hydrophilic-lipophilic balance necessary for lithography, and high reactivity when cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or an electron beam (EB). It is recommended for: fast curing lithographic inks and clear varnishes, and improving lithographic behavior as an additive.
EBECRYL® 3605 is a partially acrylated ester of a bisphenol A type epoxy resin. It contains both acrylate and epoxy functionalities. This resin may be cured by exposure to either ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) in conjunction with conventional epoxy curing. It may also be cured with UV radiation using a mixed photoinitiator system consisting of free radical and cationic photoinitiators. EBECRYL 3605 has been developed for applications requiring improved coating performance properties over those obtainable with conventional UV/EB curing alone.
EBECRYL® 117 is a hydroxyl functional monoacrylate monomer characterized by low odor and good adhesion and high reactivity. It is used in UV/EB cured coatings and adhesives to lower viscosity and increase flexibility. It is also used in intermediates.
EBECRYL® 114 is a monofunctional reactive diluent characterized by low viscosity and relatively low odor. It is used in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) cured coatings and inks to control viscosity and increase adhesion and flexibility. It is recommended as a reactive diluent for: Coatings and screen inks on flexible and semi-rigid plastics including polyolefins, optical fiber coatings, and high refractive index coatings.
EBECRYL® 8296 is an undiluted aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer developed for energy curable systems. It can contribute to unique performance in formulations for haptic coatings. It is recommended for use in: flexible coatings, haptic coating on plastics and films, and in mold decoration.
EBECRYL® 600/30DP is a di functional epoxyacrylate diluted with 30% of dipropyleneglycol diacrylate (DPGDA). This resin is characterized by its low odor, light color, low irritancy and fast cure response.
D.E.R.T 332 Epoxy Resin is a high purity bisphenol A diglycidylether. The uniqueness of D.E.R. 332 Liquid Epoxy Resin is reflected in its maximum epoxy equivalent weight of 176 grams/equivalent (the chemically pure diglycidylether of bisphenol A has an epoxy equivalent weight of 170 g/eq). Because of its high purity and low polymer fractions content, D.E.R. 332 Epoxy Resin assures uniform performance and exceptionally low viscosity, low chloride content and light color. Under some cure conditions this epoxy resin provides improved elevated temperature properties over standard bisphenol A based epoxy resins such as D.E.R.“ 331“ Epoxy Resin for example. D.E.R. 332 Epoxy Resin is used mainly in filament winding, electrical laminates and encapsulation applications. A wide variety of curing agents is available to cure this liquid epoxy resin at ambient conditions. Most frequently used curing agents are cycloaliphatic polyamines, polyamides, amidoamines, and modified versions of these. Curing may also be done at an elevated temperature to improve selected properties such as chemical resistance and glass transition temperature. Elevated temperature cures are necessary and long post-cures are required to develop full end properties if anhydride or catalytic curing agents are employed.
Esacure A 198
Esacure A 198 is a polyfunctional high molecular weight amine. It is co-initiator that when combined with type II photoinitiators gives high speed cure in both clear and pigmented systems. It develops a very low level of odour and yellowing during and after curing. Due to its molecular structure it is particularly suitable for all systems where low migration and low extraction values are needed (food packaging).
Esacure ONE is a difunctional alpha-hydroxy ketone photoinitiator. It is a highly reactive difunctional photoinitiator particularly suitable for clear systems. Due to its molecular structure it is particularly suitable for all systems where low VOC, low migration and low extraction values are needed (food packaging).
Omnirad 819 is a versatile photoinitiator for radical polymerization of unsaturated resins upon UV light exposure. It is especially suitable for white pigmented Formulations, the curing of glass-fiber-reinforced polyester/styrene systems and for clear coats for outdoor use in combinations with light stabilizers. Thick section curing is also possible with this photoinitiator.
Esacure TZT is particularly indicated for the photo polymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odour and low yellowing are required. The radical generation occurs via hydrogen abstraction by the action of a co-initiator such as tertiary amines.
EBECRYL 4766 is an undiluted polyester methacrylate containing hydroxyl groups and is designed for UV/EB energy curing and dual-cure coatings. T can be combined with isocyanate functional urethane acrylate resins for the formulation of coatings cured by a dual-cure process (UV induced polymerization and NCO/OH reaction).
EBECRYL® 113 is a low odor monofunctional acrylated aliphatic epoxy that can be used as a reactive diluent in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) curing formulations. It is a good diluent for a variety of acrylated oligomers. In formulations, it can lower Tg, increase flexibility and improve adhesion to plastics. It is recommended as a reactive diluent for: screen inks and varnishes, coatings for paper and plastic, water resistant coatings, flexible coatings, coatings and inks with adhesion to plastics such as polyethylene and plasticized PVC, and wood sealers and topcoats.
EBECRYL® 4201 is an undiluted, unsaturated aliphatic urethane acrylate designed for wood coatings (cork and parquet) with a high grit feeder abrasion resistance. Coatings based on EBECRYL® 4201 are characterized by high elasticity, good chemical and mechanical resistance properties, and outstanding abrasion resistance, in particular according to the grit feeder method.
