Acronal® 5400 E is an aqueous dispersion of acrylic acid ester and styrene, crafted without APEO, ammonia, and plasticizer. Presented in liquid dispersion form, it serves a diverse range of applications. Primarily, Acronal® 5400 E is utilized in the manufacture of cement-based, flexible waterproofing membranes applied indoors and outdoors beneath tiles, offering excellent crack-bridging properties. It finds application in various areas, including high-flexibility tile adhesives, flexible waterproofing slurries for sealing with tiles and protective surface coatings, corrosion protection, basecoats, additive for hydraulic binder systems, and roof coverings.
