Adhesion Promoter for Paints and Coatings / Metallic PigmentsBorchi® Gen HE is a silicone-free paint adhesion promoter additive designed to enhance adhesion in coatings applied to metal substrates. This solution is recommended for baking paints and primers. Borchi® Gen HE is an oil-free polyester resin solution supplied as 60% in xylene.

Rheology Modifier Promoting Pigment Wetting and StabilizationBorchi® Gel L 75 N is a polyurethane-based, non-ionic liquid rheology modifier that promotes good pigment wetting and stabilization and is VOC-, APEO-, and organo tin-free. It is a HEUR thickener that develops viscosity stability in water-based coatings, mainly in the medium shear range. However, Borchi® Gel L 75 N can also provide well-balanced efficiency in high shear ranges. Typically, the shear range is between 1000 s-1 to 10000 s-1 depending upon the binder type and other ingredients in the coating.

Rovene 6133 is a styrene-acrylic emulsion polymer designed to work in a variety of coatings applications including interior, exterior, clear or pigmented. This polymer exhibits excellent water resistance, strength, and adhesion to multiple substrates.

Ecronova® 6620 is an ambient cure acrylic polymer with excellent UV stablity that is is recommended for exterior paints and plasters with low dirt pick-up.

Rovene 5044 is a very soft carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion designed for formulation of permanent label and construction adhesives. It is used in the formulation of permanent label and construction adhesives which are high in peel and tack, and thus require a minimum amount of tackifier. Rovene 5044 was designed to give excellent performance and compatibility with a wide variety of tackifiers.
