ASCONIUM® 112 can replace mineral anti-corrosion pigments or improve their performance in waterborne or solventborne metal coatings. It is a hydrophobic agent that improves the water resistance of dry films. This ASCONIUM® grade can be used as the sole anti-corrosion additive in coatings or in conjunction with other anti-corrosion pigments to improve their performance. As a liquid-type additive, it is easy to incorporate into coating formulations and will not reduce the gloss of the coating’s dry film.

ACCESS® Inhibitor Inhibitor 550 is a specialized mixture of silanes designed to improve the corrosion resistance of coatings on metal surfaces. This proprietary formula enhances the durability and lifespan of metal coatings by providing an extra layer of protection against corrosion. Additionally, it can act as a coupling agent for various applications such as unsaturated polyester, fiberglass composites, polysulfide, and polyurethane caulks and sealants, and glass roving size-binders.

ASCOTRAN® LM is a ready-to-use, liquid-form, organic corrosion inhibitor that is specifically designed for light metals, especially aluminum-based metals, that come into contact with aqueous solutions within a low acid-to-alkaline pH range. This product protects ferrous metals in neutral-to-alkaline solutions.

Deuteron® Wax PP is a micronized modified polypropylene wax known for its well-balanced properties and economical profile. It serves as a versatile product suitable for application in solvent-based, water-based, 100% systems (e.g., UV curable), and powder coatings, offering a universal solution across various coating systems.

Deuteron® UV 1240 is a solution formulated with Bis(dodecyl phenyl)-iodonium hexafluoroantimonate dissolved in reactive solvents. The solution includes antimony and utilizes propylene carbonate as a reactive thinner. Notably, it ensures minimal benzene emission and maintains a low odor profile. This solution manifests as a reddish, viscous oil, suitable for various applications within the specified context.

Deuteron® Wax A is a micronized amide wax known for delivering an excellent velvet surface feel and enhancing grain (anfeuerung). This versatile product is applicable across various mediums, such as solvent-based, water-based, 100% systems (e.g., UV-curable), and powder coatings. It comprises micronized polyamide wax, offering universal utility in diverse coating systems.

Deuteron® UV 1242 consists of solutions incorporating bis(dodecyl phenyl)-iodonium hexafluoroantimonate dissolved in reactive solvents. The solution utilizes C12/C14 glycidyl ether as a reactive thinner and contains antimony. Notably, it ensures minimal benzene emissions and maintains a low-odor characteristic. This solution presents itself as a brownish, viscous liquid suitable for various applications within the specified context.

Deuteron® MM 677 stands as an additive-free dispersion centered on Deuteron® PMU (polymethyl urea) matting plastics. The incorporation of Deuteron® MM 677 results in robust matting effects coupled with high flexibility, imparting a velvety feel and exceptional mechanical properties. Its appearance is characterized by a white dispersion, delivering a specialized solution for achieving desired tactile and mechanical properties in various applications.

Deuteron® WD PE is a dispersion of micronized Polyethylene wax, free of additives. Polyethylene waxes are preferred for their cost-effectiveness and positive impact on mechanical stability and visual appearance. The inclusion of Deuteron® WD PE improves resistance against abrasion and scratches, enhances matting, and creates a pleasant surface feel. Designed for ease of use in auto dosage units, this liquid dispersion is formulated without dispersing additives, emulsifiers, or defoamers, ensuring high compatibility without adversely affecting coating performance.

This solution is soluble in various binder systems, including common solvents and reactive diluents. It employs C12/C14 glycidilether as a reactive thinner and is characterized by minimal benzene emission and a low-odor profile, contributing to more environmentally conscious and user-friendly applications.
