Schercemol™ PDD ester is a naturally derived ester that provides extraordinarily long-lasting coverage and helps to enhance water resistance. Schercemol™ CATC CN ester is a heavy ester approved for substantivity and targeted delivery in water- and sweat-resistant formulations. It combines the comfort and targeted delivery of a heavy ester with the high slip and low tack of a light ester. This ester is recommended for use in skin care, sun care, and color cosmetic applications where substantivity, targeted delivery, water resistance, and sweat resistance are desired.

Oilkemia™ 5S polymer is a multifunctional oil-soluble rheology modifier. It imparts thickening, clarity, and suspension properties to a wide range of oils and oil mixtures, including vegetable-based oils, triglycerides, esters, and organic UV filters. Oilkemia™ 5S polymer is typically supplied as 30% solids in caprylic and capric triglycerides. It allows the development of various textures, from thin, non-dripping systems to lotions, creams, and solid sticks. It can also improve the sensory experience by reducing the greasy afterfeel of oils in anhydrous and emulsion systems. This rheology modifier is efficient in medium- to high polarity systems, with a typical usage level of 1.0–6.0 wt% for low- to high-viscosity oil gels.

Carbopol® Aqua CC polymer is a liquid rheology modifier, specifically a hydrophobically modified polyacrylate crosspolymer. This polymer is an excellent option for thickening both surfactant-based and highly active cosmetic aqueous formulations. Glucam™ P-20 humectant is a naturally-derived, 100% active, propoxylated methyl glucose ether. It is one of the few naturally-derived cosmetic fluids that is miscible with water, alcohols, organic esters, and oils. It delivers humectancy with a lubricious, emollient feel in any product. In alcohol-based systems, Glucam™ P-20 humectant reduces the stinging effect alcohol can have on the skin. Furthermore, it acts as a fixative in fragrance-containing formulations by reducing the volatilization of high notes. The light color and low odor of Glucam™ P-20 humectant do not interfere with the mood the fragrance is trying to convey. It is recommended for use in hair and skin care products.

Due to its flexible polymer backbone, this dimethicone has high permeability to gasses (e.g. water, vapor, oxygen), which allows respiration of the skin.

BELSIL® GB 1020 is a blend of low-viscosity dimethicones and a high-molecular-weight dimethiconol.
