CERETAN® MF 5010 is a spherical, micronized polyolefin wax modified with PTFE.Properties are good rub resistance, very good slip, good heat resistance, good solvent resistance, higher PTFE-content than CERETAN MF 5710. Applications in Paints and coatings e.g. can - and coil-, wood-, industrial- and powder coatings.CERETAN ® micronized waxes are predominantly produced using our highly advanced spraying technology leading to spherical particles. The spherical shape and the particles’ even surface help the dispersing process, reduce wax usage as well as dust formation. We guarantee D99 values to minimize oversized particles in your formulation.

ADD-3231 is a silicone-based surface additive to improve surface properties in all solvent-based medium- to high-polar systems. It is specially used in systems in which solvent-free additives are requested or where a requirement for a special solvent exists. ADD-3231 can be used in coatings and printing inks.

Deuteron OG 8670 is based on polymethyl urea resin as an effective substance. The resin shows excellent hardness and abrasion resistance. It is resistant to most customary solvents and shows a good resistance to temperatures of up to 200 °C. When used as an additive in solvent-based paint systems, Deuteron OG 8670 improves properties regarding slip and static friction and provides increased mechanical resistance. Compared with wax-based additives Deuteron OG 8670 does not spoil the recoatability. The small particle size also allows for its use in coating systems which are applied in low film thickness. Deuteron OG 867x can reduce the gloss when used as a surface additive. This can be desired for certain applications. The gloss reduction is dependant on the type of employed binder, the applied film thickness and the selected dosage.Deuteron OG 8670 is designed for use in aqueous lacquers and in coatings which are applied in low film thickness. Due to the good weather resistance and color fastness of the used polymer the product can also be used in coating systems for exterior applications. This additive is the alternative to wax-dispersions with their well-known typical side-effects. back

Ultrafine™ 1WLS A is a premium polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder used to improve surface properties of printing inks and coatings. Ultrafine 1WLS A is designed for lubricity, abrasion and heat resistance and may be used in combination with other waxes for the most effective balance of cost and performance. Ultrafine 1WLS A is characterized by a slightly broader particle size distribution. Recommended usage level is 1 to 4%.
